程序化管理模式在外科临床护理带教工作中的应用效果

[摘要] 目的 分析程序化管理模式在外科临床护理带教工作中的应用效果。方法 将该院2018年9月—2019年6月实习的96名外科护生纳入至该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(48名)与观察组(48名),对照组给予传统教学法进行临床护理带教,观察组则行程序化管理模式进行带教,比较两组护生的考核成绩,统计护生对教学模式的满意情况。结果 对照组护生的理论成绩与实际操作技能评分显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护生的实习满意度83.33%显著低于观察组95.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在外科临床带教工作中,相较于传统带教模式,采用程序化管理模式进行带教的临床应用效果较好,可显著提升护生的理论知识与实践操作技能。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of the programmatic management mode in the teaching of surgical clinical nursing. Methods 96 surgical nursing students who were interned in the hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were included in this study. They were divided into the control group (48) and the observation group (48) according to the digital random table method. The control group was given traditional nursing methods for clinical nursing teaching, while the observation group was given a programmatic management model for teaching. The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared, and the nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching mode was counted. Results The theoretical scores and practical skills scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the control group was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(95.83%). The  difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode in surgical clinical teaching, the clinical application of programmatic management mode is more effective and can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students.

到醫院进行临床护理实习是护生学习中的重要环节,是其将护生理论知识运用到临床实践中,使专业理论知识转化为实际操作能力,从而使其能够胜任护理工作[1]。临床带教是检验护生实习质量的重要影响因素,临床带教模式的不同将直接影响护生的培养质量,也会影响护生工作后的专业态度与专业能力[2]。所以,科学合理的护理带教方法对提高带教质量与培养优秀人才具有重要的临床意义。传统的教学法以讲授知识为主,教学形式枯燥乏味,影响了护生学习的积极性和主动性,使得护生缺乏深入思考的能力[3]。近期有学者在文献报道中指出程序化管理模式的带教应用效果显著,可显著提高护生的积极性,适用于培养临床护理人才。基于此,该次研究针对该院2018年9月—2019年6月实习的96名护生进行分组讨论,旨在为临床研究利用此方案提高外临床护理实习护生的教学质量提供依据,现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

将该院实习的96名外科护生纳入至该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(48名)与观察组(48名),对照组男14名,女34名;年龄19~24岁,平均(21.02±0.34)岁;学历:中专生11名,专科生24名,本科生13名。观察组男15名,女33名;年龄19~24岁,平均(21.12±0.52)岁;学历:中专生10名,专科生25名,本科生13人。两组护生的一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),可作比较。两组护生均由同一带教老师负责教学。
