因為爱笑,唐雪耘给自己的微信取了个“唐笑笑”的昵称。

笑,是唐雪耘的招牌:肉嘟嘟的小脸,上扬的嘴角以及洁白的牙齿,给人一副温柔可爱、人畜无害的模样。

作为重庆航空的一名乘务员,标志性的笑脸已成为唐雪耘在工作中化解难题的杀手锏。

Because she loves to laugh, Tang Xueyun got herself the WeChat nickname "Tang Xiaoxiao".

Smile is Tang Xueyun’s trump card: chubby little face, rising corners of the mouth and white teeth, coming across as a lovely, sweet-tempered and harmless girl.

As a flight attendant of Chongqing Airlines, the iconic smile has become Tang Xueyun’s trump card in resolving difficult problems in her work.

温柔化解工作难题Resolving Work Challenges with Gentle

每当我们走进机舱,干练精神的空乘人员总让人感觉踏实,有依赖感。不过,唐雪耘给人的印象却并非如此,尤其是她那双娇滴滴的大眼睛,反倒让人产生一种莫名的保护欲。“这种天生的气质形象,正是我顺利化解工作中各种难题的武器。”

曾经,飞机上有两名乘客因为行李摆放发生了争执。通常情况下,空乘人员会在第一时间帮乘客调整行李位置,并理性劝和。唐雪耘却不走寻常路,她把放不进行李架的行李抱到怀中,然后无辜地看着争执中的乘客轻声细语地问:“先生,可不可以请你们不要吵了。我帮你们把这件行李放到后面去好不好?我帮你们看着……”唐雪耘话还没说完,两名乘客就停止了争执,还主动谦让起来。

入职重庆航空两年多来,唐雪耘说基本没遇到过什么难题,很多乘客还因为她的乖巧和温柔,多加呵护。

比如唐雪耘在帮乘客放行李时,乘客会主动帮她搭把手;发放餐食时,也会遇到乘客的宽慰,“小姑娘真不容易”;有一次飞机因天气原因晚点,一位着急的乘客跟唐雪耘说话时嗓音有些高,一旁的乘客站出来维护:“天气不好,我们大家多理解一下,小姑娘的工作也不容易。”

Once, two passengers on the plane had a dispute over luggage placement. Under normal circumstances, flight attendants will help passengers adjust their luggage positions in the first place and make rational peace. Tang Xueyun, however, has her own way. She took the luggage that could not be put into the luggage rack to her arms, then looked innocently at the passengers in the dispute and asked softly, "Sirs, could you please stop quarreling? What about I put this luggage in the back? I’ll help you keep an eye on it... " Before Tang Xueyun finished speaking, the two passengers stopped arguing and took the initiative to be humble.

In her more than two years service at Chongqing Airlines, Tang Xueyun seldom encountered any difficulties. Many passengers also take care of her because of her cleverness and gentleness.

For example, when Tang Xueyun is helping passengers with their luggage, passengers will take the initiative to give her a hand; When she distributing meals, they will also comfort her and say, "it’s really not easy for you little girl"; Once, a plane was delayed due to the weather, a worried passenger spoke loudly to Tang Xueyun. Another passenger stood around spoke for her: "The weather is not good. Let’s try to understand. It’s a hard job for a little girl like her."

撒起嬌来好办事Playing the Woman Works

唐雪耘说话也很有特色,普通话里夹杂了很多语气助词,听起来就像邻家妹妹在撒娇。

说到撒娇,唐雪耘很坦然,“撒娇挺好的呀!不管是生活还是工作,会撒娇、会哄人,可以解决好多问题呢!”

因从小在奶奶身边长大的缘故,唐雪耘很会哄老人开心。当她把哄奶奶的招数“搬”到工作中时,她发现“撒娇”这招也很管用。

不久前,在照顾一名无陪老人时,她就一边哄,一边跟老人撒娇。有事没事,她就找老人说话:“婆婆呀,一会儿你千万不要一个人走下去哟,你一定要等我哟,我们一起下去好不好呀,这样我可以帮你提行李……”

“很多老人记性都不太好,多提醒几遍,他们就能记住了。老人嘛,很容易哄的,而且老人也很容易满足,多和他们说说话,给他们送毛毯、端杯热水,做好我们分内的工作,他们就会感到温暖。”在唐雪耘看来,耐心和爱心能够赢得老人们的欢心。

不过在工作中要“哄”的可不止老年人。唐雪耘给我们讲述了一位中年乘客的故事:由于天气原因,飞机在着陆前盘旋了一阵,耽搁了些时间。下飞机时,这位乘客急着往外走,不停催促前方的乘客。看到这一幕,唐雪耘走过去“哄”他:“先生,不着急啦,前面很快就不堵了,马上就可以出去了……”

听到唐雪耘温柔的声音,这位乘客有点不好意思,“你这个小姑娘还真可爱,我女儿长大后要是和你一样就好了。”

作为“温柔和撒娇的既得利益者”,唐雪耘特别强调自己的温柔绝不是弱势,“我的工作状态是既温柔又严肃,在服务时怎么温柔都可以。但涉及到安全问题,我的声音虽然温柔,语气也会严肃。”

Raised up by her grandmother, Tang Xueyun is very good at making the elderly happy. When she"borrowed" the tricks of coaxing her Grandma to her work, she found that they work quite well.

Not long ago, she coaxed and acted like a spoiled child when taking care of an unaccompanied old lady. She talked to her at every available moment: "Granny, you must wait for me for a while, let’s get off the plane together so that I can help you carry your luggage..."

"Many old people don’t have a good memory. But they will remember things when reminded several times. They are easy to coax and easily content. Just talk to them more, send them blankets, bring them a cup of hot water, and do our part well, and they will feel warm." In Tang Xueyun’s view, patience and love can win the favor of the old people.

However, it is not only the elderly who need to be "coaxed" at work. Tang Xueyun told us the story of a middle-aged passenger: Due to the weather, the plane circled for a while before landing, wasting some time. When getting off the plane, the passenger was in a hurry to go out, urging the passengers ahead. Seeing this, Tang Xueyun went over to "coax" him: "Don’t worry, sir, you could go out immediately..."

Hearing Tang Xueyun’s gentle voice, the passenger was a little embarrassed. "You are a lovely little girl. I wish my daughter were like you when she grew up."

Benefiting much from "gentleness", Tang Xueyun stressed in particular that her gentleness is by no means her weak point. "I behave both gentle and serious in work. When serving the passengers, I will reveal my gentle side. But when it comes to safety issues, my voice will become serious."
