After graduating from high school,John Cronin wanted nothing more than to go into business with his dad,Mark.The father-son duo（搭档）brainstormed and decided to go forward with the one thing John loves most：socks.

I designed those.I would tell Crazy Socks.Why sock?Because it's fun,it's colorful.I love to becreativeand I want to do wonderful things.Here I made me be me.Since launching（开始从事）John's Crazy Socks,father and son have been went crazy busy.While John,the face of the company's videos andpromotions,puts orders together,Mark takes care of the technical aspects of the business such asaccounting,managing,inventory（库存）and staffing.We've been created 35 jobs.18 of those are held by people with different abilities.We've raised over 135 thousand dollars for our charity partners.

唐氏综合征（DS或DNS），又称21-三体综合征，是由染色体异常（多了一条21号染色体）而引起的遗传疾病。患者通常有身体发育迟缓、特殊面容以及轻中度智力残疾等症状。患有唐氏综合征的年轻成年人的平均智商为50，相当于8岁或9岁儿童的智商，但有时这种差异会很大。
