Under the guidance of the atmosphere of strict enterprise management and the goal of pursuing enterprise performance, migrant workers'psychology and spirit are vulnerable to heavy pressure. It makes them have less motivation to work, lack the direction of self-development,but also affects the development of enterprises. Therefore, social workers try to alleviate the pressure of employees and promote the development of employee welfare committee through the practice of Employee Assistance Programs(EAPs)in stress management of migrant workers. However, the function of EAPs is limited. If relevant rules and regulations of the company and external system environment can cooperate better, the pressure of migrant workers will be relieved more effectively and the governability will be enhanced. In line with the concepts of"people-oriented"and"value-oriented",social workers put forward the possibility of transforming the problem of employment pressure of migrant workers from"appease"to"justice".

CHEN Honglin WU Xiaowei•99•

The aging process is both a challenge and an opportunity for each society. The growing aging population has been contributing to the prosperity of emerging technologies and opportunities for new business models. As a stable consumer group, the“silver economy”enormously encouraged the recent development of the market. With the growing development of science and technology, such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data, aging has gradually integrated tightly with information technologies. The older adults’demands drive the market of smart senior care service, and many high-tech senior products have emerged. On the other hand, technology is a double-edged sword. The high-speed development of technology may also cause digital exclusion for the older people. The current research collaborated with two NGOs to conduct an ICT empowerment intervention among two groups of older adults.Findings highlighted the importance of client-centered design for older adults. On the basis of the study,we analyzed the contradiction between science and humanistic values. We also illustrated a social work curriculum in response to digital empowerment of the older population.
