Abstract:The rapid development of China's social economy has brought about a new situation in the scale of infrastructure construction and the growth of infrastructure.Engineering materials and equipment management are crucial in construction projects such as roads,water conservancy,hydropower,etc.The comprehensive ability reflects the management ability and quality of the enterprise.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)is a management platform based on information technology and systematic management ideas.Its main purpose is to provide decision-making operations for enterprise decision-making employees.The application of enterprise resource planning in enterprise material equipment management can realize the whole process management of materials.This paper analyzes the current engineering materials management and equipment management,summarizes the existing deficiencies and problems,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to provide theoretical reference for management practice.

I.Characteristics of Enterprise Resource Planning

1.ERP emphasizes enterprise processes and workflows,and integrates personnel,finance,manufacturing,and distribution through the workflow to support enterprise process reorganization.

2.ERP emphasizes finance more and has a more complete enterprise financial management system,which enables the concept of value management to be implemented,and the flow of funds is more organically integrated with logistics and information flow.

3.ERP is more market-oriented,business-oriented,sales-oriented,and responsive to the market.It integrates supply chain management functions,emphasizing new partnerships between suppliers,manufacturers and distributors,and supporting corporate logistics management.

4.ERP considers the role of people as resources in production and management planning,and also considers the cost of training.

II.Enterprise Resource Planning in the Management Application of Enterprise Materials and Equipment

(i) Material Procurement Management

For enterprises,the core of material procurement management lies in the choice of suppliers.Enterprise management personnel can use the EPR system to establish a supplier database,dynamically track and manage suppliers,and combine the certain standards and models to select the most trusted suppliers,determine the best suppliers,and combine the production and development needs of enterprises.Determine a reasonable order size to maintain the best material supply and reserve levels[1].At the same time,through the enterprise resource plan,the customer's ordering and acceptance information can be dynamically tracked and managed,and the order production and logistics transportation situation can be provided to the customer in a timely and accurate manner.The enterprise can better track and urge the progress of the enterprise material procurement and ensure the procurement.Quality,to ensure timely supply of materials.The financial management module and transaction management module of EPR system can also automatically compare and analyze the price of purchased materials to ensure that enterprises can adapt to market dynamics,adjust material purchasing prices in time,and control inventory costs[2].

(ii) Material Inventory Management

The management of materials and equipment involves many departments,and there are certain difficulties in actual management.Therefore,the system and the competent authorities should refine the responsibility of materials and equipment management,and effectively fall into each of the personnel,and implement the responsibility system of the overall staff participation,overall staff supervision,overall staff management,enhance effective communication between various departments and personnel,promote the mode of collaborative management,enhance the sense of responsibility of departments and employees,and refine the management of materials and equipment into daily work,truly realize the whole process,all-round control and management,and eliminate the waste of materials and equipment resources[3].The PP production planning module of the enterprise resource plan provides comprehensive and real production process for the development of the enterprise,and has the function of expanding the MPRII.Provide comprehensive processing for repetitive production,customized production and processing,and even process production for enterprises;MM material management module is workfloworiented,can automatically evaluate suppliers,clearly grasp inventory,optimize warehouse management,Optimize procurement processing,reduce procurement costs and storage costs,and achieve integrated processing of publication verification.Through the EPR system,enterprise managers can decompose the material equipment management objectives into specific operational objectives and standards that are responsible for different departments and specific posts,and strictly enforce the post responsibility system for material equipment management objectives.The enterprise resource plan can automatically compare and analyze the budget target and the actual situation in the economic business transactions between the enterprise and the external unit,and timely control the budget.The enterprise resource plan can effectively control the quantity and scale of enterprise material storage.On the one hand,it ensures the stable supply of materials to support the normal production activities of the enterprise,on the other hand,it realizes the maximum utilization of the enterprise's working capital and minimizes the occupation of working capital[4].As a dynamic,scientific and accurate inventory management system,the enterprise resource plan can coordinate the material and equipment management issues between departments,realize the sharing of material equipment management information,meet the needs of relevant departments to the maximum extent,and accurately reflect the changes in inventory time.Enterprise managers can adjust in-ventory in a timely and reasonable manner.The basic processes of implementing enterprise resource planning for material inventory management are as follows.

1.Establish an inventory database based on the statistical analysis of all the materials needed for the production of the enterprise,and provide the auxiliary decision-making basis for the enterprise manager to make the quantity,scale,type and time of material procurement,at the same time,the material inventory database can also be used as the basic data for the production department to make production plans.

2.Check the quality of the materials ordered and received,and then timely storage.

3.Do a good job in the daily business of sending and receiving enterprise materials.

(iii) The Main Work of Enterprise ERP Business Process Reorganization

1.Analyze the existing business processes of the enterprise and describe and diagnose the business processes.

2.Re-engineering the business process,redesigning the enterprise development process for the problems found in the diagnosis process,combining multiple processes and optimizing the serial mode to synchronous engineering.

3.Implement the business process reorganization plan and implement the redesigned enterprise business process into the enterprise management and management activities.

4.ERP organizational reconstruction,re-engineering EPR organizations for redesigned business processes,establishing long-term organizational safeguards,and evaluating ERP implementation effectiveness.

III.Enterprise Resource Planning in the Implementation Process of Enterprise Material Equipment Management

(i) The Preliminary Work of the Enterprise to Implement the Enterprise Resource Plan

The first is to diagnose the enterprise,evaluate the current status of the enterprise's existing management system,diagnose the problems existing in the enterprise management system,and form a clear target for implementing the enterprise resource plan.The second is to analyze the requirements,that is,to determine the objectives of implementing the EPR project,to clarify why the enterprise should implement the EPR system,what the EPR system needs to solve the enterprise,what is the return on investment of the EPR system,whether the financial support can support the implementation of the EPR system,and the basic management staff.Can adapt to the quality and skill needs of the enterprise resource plan.Form a written report on the results of the needs analysis,systematically analyze the needs and investment benefits of the EPR system to make the right decisions[5].The third is to train the leadership in software application and operation before the installation of the enterprise resource plan,and systematically train the ERP principle and operation so that the enterprise leaders and EPR project personnel can master the basic principles and management ideas and be skilled.Use EPR software.

(ii) Enterprise Implementation of ERP Implementation Preparation Stage

1.The system determines the leading group and business group for implementing the EPR project according to the commissioning.After preparing the basic data and information,the EPR system selection is completed and transferred to the enterprise,and a series of debugging work is done.

2.Software Prototype Testing,the computer simulation phase,prototypes the functions and capabilities of the enterprise resource plans installed by the enterprise.Personnel from various departments are required to participate in prototype testing to clarify the integration relationship between data,departments,processes and functions,identify problems,propose solutions,and promote software users and secondary development to meet user needs.

3.Build a project organization.The leader of the enterprise and the main person in charge of the ERP software will form a leading group,form a project implementation team led by the project manager,and select a team with ERP implementation quality and technical requirements to form a business team to coordinate development and implementation.Procedures and guidelines.The leading group,project implementation team and business group have clear division of labor and mutual cooperation,and each department performs its post responsibility system.

4.Do a good job in data preparation.First of all,carry out a large amount of analysis and research on the basic data that the EPR system needs to enter.Prepare information about the company's products,processes and inventory,at the same time,do the demand information,follow the debugging information,and finance.Parameter settings for information and other aspects.

(iii) Simulation Operation and Customization

At this stage,we mainly do the following work:First,we develop work guidelines and determine the work flow.On the basis of the simulation operation of the enterprise resource plan,propose solutions to the problems existing in the implementation process,preliminarily formulate work guidelines and procedures,and promote and improve in time.The second is the acceptance work.The top leaders of the enterprise must pass the acceptance and approval of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning simulation to ensure the quality of ERP implementation in the enterprise.The third is to switch operations,complete the customization requirements and simulation operation of enterprise EPR system,define steps according to the enterprise conditions,such as implementing one or two modules,or the material resource management module of the enterprise resource plan,the financial management module,etc.One module is implemented in parallel.

IV.Conclusion

The management of materials and equipment involves a wide range of fields and strong professional and technical skills.Therefore,in the actual implementation process,there will inevitably be problems and difficulties in all aspects.Relevant departments should pay more attention to them,and through the behavioral constraints and regulations of management personnel,engineering materials and mechanical and electrical equipment will be made.Management tends to be standardized,comprehensive and efficient.Based on the overall overview of enterprise resource planning,this paper analyzes the application of enterprise resource planning in enterprise material equipment management.The enterprise resource plan can realize distribution management,inventory management and procurement management of enterprise materials,and improve the management level of materials and equipment.The application of enterprise resource planning in enterprise material equipment management is a systematic project.
