Abstract:With the development of global economy,China has ushered in the information age,and a new stage of development has provided a new opportunity for innovative development of Chinese education.However,while educational field benefits,it also faces more serious challenges.The rapid development of science and technology provides a good environment for the development of virtual reality technology in China.With the popularization and development of virtual reality technology,its application scope in various fields in China is more and more extensive.At the same time,the virtual reality technology application methods in various fields are more and more flexible,it also has a great degree of progress in the application efficiency and application quality and other aspects.This paper mainly describes the application of virtual reality technology in the construction of 3D animation specialty digital resource database,at the beginning of this paper,the definition and concept of virtual reality technology are briefly described,and the real significance of 3D animation design major in application-oriented college to the application of virtual reality technology is discussed with readers.

In recent years,Chinese virtual reality technology has achieved rapid development,and the improvement of the overall scientific and technological strength has made the virtual reality technology in various domestic fields have a variety of applications.In the application of virtual reality technology,the application results in the field of education in China are particularly remarkable.At present,the curriculum of applied colleges and universities in our country presents a diversified development trend.Among them,the 3D animation design major applies virtual reality technology most frequently.Meanwhile,the 3D animation design major is also a new discipline that is most suitable for the application of virtual reality technology.In the 3D animation design major,there is an important work,that is,the construction of digital resource database,it can be said that the construction of digital resource database is the basic premise of 3D animation design major.The digital resource database can provide public teaching resources that teachers can share,as well as various types of practical materials for students of the major,which are all from the teachers'practical experience summary,which can help the students effectively improve their practical operation ability.
Virtual Reality technology,abbreviated as VR,also is known as cyberspace technology.Since the development of human civilization entered the 20th century,human beings have increased the research and development of various fields of technology.As far as virtual reality technology is concerned,its essence is a new practical technology generated in the new era.Virtual reality technology in the new era has a strong integration,mainly involving computer,electronic information,simulation technology and other fields.Its main function is that the experiencer can simulate the virtual environment in real life and immerse himself in it.With the continuous development of science and technology and the rapid growth of the national economy,the new society's actual demand for virtual reality technology is also getting higher and higher.Modern society's high demand for virtual reality technology has attracted the attention of the country,with the support of national policies and social economy,virtual reality technology has made good achievements in performance improvement and innovation.Many scientists are speculating that with the passage of time,virtual reality technology will become one of the important development trends of China in the future[1].
Virtual reality technology,as its name implies,combines virtual technology with real environment.Theoretically speaking,virtual reality technology is a computer simulation system that can link the real environment with the virtual environment through virtual technology.The principle is to create a virtual simulation environment based on the computer network,which allows the experiencers to immerse themselves in a specific environment.The data collected in real life are used to generate a special electronic signal by the computer network,and finally uses a special output device to turn the electronic signal generated in the computer network into a phenomenon that can be perceived visually and auditory.With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the current virtual reality technology not only gives people visual impact and auditory impact,but also allows people to have some experience in touch[2].

Application-oriented universities account for a large proportion in the innovative development of Chinese educational enterprise,therefore,the development status of application-oriented universities has been valued by the national government.As an educational place for cultivating compound applied talents,application-oriented universities must ensure the continuous supply of professional talents for Chinese innovative development and sustainable development,providing solid support for the motherland.In conclusion,because of their special nature,application-oriented universities tend to practice teaching in the teaching process,focusing on how to cultivate students' practical operation ability and improve their flexible application ability of required knowledge and skills.Taking the 3D animation design major in application-oriented universities as an example,the talent cultivation in this major is often unable to proceed according to the original plan due to the related facilities,equipment,investment and other reasons,which seriously hinder the smooth training of 3D animation design professionals.However,the emergence of virtual reality technology has effectively solved the dilemma in the implementation of the training plan for 3D animation design major,especially in the construction of 3D animation digital resource database.Virtual reality technology can help application-oriented universities to establish a good relationship of cooperation and development with enterprises and institutions,and also comply with the call of the state on school-enterprise cooperation policy.During this period,cooperative enterprises can provide resources sharing for application-oriented universities,and help application-oriented universitie to realize the renewal of practical teaching resources and the expansion of teaching resources.Application-oriented universities in China can also take the resources provided by cooperative enterprises as the basis for developing their own 3D animation design majors,and establish a professional curriculum system that includes core courses,professional title courses,extended courses and characteristic courses,promote work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points,taking 3D animation design as the premise and basis for the overall development,enlarge local advantages and promote the overall stable and rapid development of application-oriented universities in China[4].

To sum up,with the in-depth implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in the field of education in China,the construction of 3D animation major digital resource database in applicationoriented universities is particularly important,the emergence of virtual reality technology exactly effectively helps the construction of digital resource database of this major.The development of science and technology has further improved the performance and quality of virtual reality technology.At the same time,the application of virtual reality technology in the field of education helps it to complete its own school-enterprise cooperation projects and establish a new curriculum setting system with unique educational characteristics.At present,the innovation and reform of 3D animation design specialty in domestic application-oriented universities must meet the development requirements of modern society.In order to meet the requirements of the advanced development of application-oriented universities in the new era,the construction of digital resource database in the 3D animation design major should always pay attention to such important factors as its reproducibility,ease of operation,low cost and high participation.
