女飞手

“我一生没能正常走过路，特别想尝试飞起来的感觉。”鲜敏踩着石板路，一瘸一拐地走来。

鲜敏的右腿没有知觉，萎缩后比左腿短了6厘米，因此，每挪动一步，她都要大幅度扭动身体，才能让自己保持平衡，以免摔倒。然而面对记者，她依然格外爽朗。

2016年，一次四川的旅游经历，鲜敏第一次看到无人机为农田喷洒肥料。她决定再次创业，这一次，她选择了工业无人机领域，并成立了芸中鹰航空科技公司，还和重庆大学物理学院联合创办了无人机研发实验室。

“I haven’t been able to walk properly in my life and I really want to know how it feels to fly.” Xian Min came limping along the flagstone road.

Xian Min had no feeling in her right leg, which was 6 cm shorter than her left leg, so she had to wiggle her body drastically with each move to keep her balance and avoid falling. However, when she faced the reporter, she was still cheerful.

In 2016, during a trip to Sichuan, Xian Min saw a drone spraying fertilizer for the farmlands for the first time. So she decided to start her own business again. This time, she chose the industrial drone field,founded Yunzhongying Aviation Technology Company, and co-founded the drone research and development laboratory with the School of Physics, Chongqing University.

“自己也是一名残疾人，所以希望借助高科技成果来帮助更多的人。”鲜敏说，今年五月，她成立了芸中鹰科普义工服务中心，为愿意学习无人机的女性提供免费的课程学习，培训女飞手。

今年8月8日，由15 名女性组成的重庆首支无人机“女飞手”队伍组建完成。

张清凤，既是队员，也是巴南区石滩镇顺友稻米种植专业合作社的成员，她把无人机带到了农业合作社。“平时人工打药，一亩田需要将近1个小时，现在无人机喷洒农药，不到5分钟就为两亩水稻田喷洒完农药。”

“As I am disabled myself, I hope to help more people with high-tech achievements.” Xian Min said. In May this year, she founded Yunzhongying Science Popularization Volunteer Service Center, which offers free courses for women who want to learn about drones and trains them to be drone controllers.

On August 8 this year, the first team of "female controllers" for drones in Chongqing, consisting of 15 women, was built.

Zhang Qingfeng is not only a member of the team, but also a member of the Shunyou Rice Planting Professional Cooperative in Shitan Town, Banan District. She brought the drone to the agricultural cooperative.“In the past, it took nearly an hour to spray pesticides on one mu of land manually. Now, it takes less than five minutes to spray pesticides on two mu of rice fields with a drone.”

女子飞手队伍还积极投身公益活动，“巾帼河长”无人机巡河队便是其中之一。

每个周未，女子飞手队都会进行无人机义务巡逻，巡查江边是否有违法排污、采砂、破坏沿江植被等情况。河面实时状况及两岸植都清晰地呈现在“女飞手”手中的监视屏幕上。

“女子无人机巡河队”队员赵芙蓉说：“以前，我们经常看到岸边有违规烧烤摊，当我们把这些影像资料提供给相关职能部门后，烧烤摊都被取缔了，现在你看，沿江的风景多美。”

Every weekend, the team of female drone controllers will use the drones to conduct voluntary patrols to check whether there are illegal pollution discharge, sand excavation, vegetation destruction along the river and other conditions. The real-time conditions of the river and the vegetation on both sides are clearly visible on the surveillance screen in the hands of “female drone controllers”.

Zhao Furong, a team member of the “Female River Chief” Drone River Patrol Team, said, “In the past, we often saw illegal barbecue stands along the river. When we provided the image data taken by the drone to relevant departments, the barbecue stands were banned. Now, you see, the scenery along the river is beautiful.”
