机器人产业聚集引领智造升级

从《星球大战》到《钢铁巨人》，再到《环太平洋》，在很多描述未来的好莱坞科幻电影中，机器人都扮演着不可或缺的角色。

现实生活中，机器人同样扮演着重要角色。随着机器人产业的蓬勃兴起，越来越多机器人行业“大佬”落户重庆两江新区，引领重庆制造业不断革新升级。

From Star Wars to The Iron Giant and Pacific Rim, robots play an indispensable role in numerous Hollywood sci-fimovies that describe the future.

In real life, robots also play a significant role.With the booming development of the robot industry,more and more renowned robotics companies have settled in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area,promoting the continuous innovation and upgrade of Chongqing's manufacturing industry.

Renowned Robot Companies Gather in Chongqing

内陆开放是推动重庆发展的“引擎”，大数据智能化则让这台“引擎”更新迭代，持续不断输出强大动力。

去年12月14日，2017中国机器人产业发展大会在重庆悦来国际会议中心举行，在重庆两江新区发展“红火”的机器人产业，已日益成为全国重要的机器人生产基地之一。

事实上，早前重庆两江新区便在水土高新园规划了占地2平方公里的重庆两江机器人产业园。

随后，5家机器人重点企业携手中科院重庆绿色智能研究院，与两江新区签订正式投资协议，这标志着重庆两江机器人产业园正式启航。

当我们翻开两江新区机器人产业布局图时，看到世界排名前五的机器人“巨头”在此安家落户：

日本发那科投资1亿元，在重庆两江新区建发那科西部地区生产基地；德国库卡与重庆长安正式成立合资公司——长安徕斯（重庆）机器人智能装备有限公司；两江新区与ABB签订正式投资协议，ABB机器人重庆应用中心项目正式落户两江新区水土高新园；川崎（重庆）机器人研发生产基地在两江新区水土高新园正式投产。

行业大佬的集聚效应显现，华数、哈工大、博众等近30家机器人企业也紧随其后，在重庆两江新区完成投资落户。

Inland opening policy is the "engine" that promotes Chongqing's development. Big data and intelligence facilitate this "engine" in outputting stronger power.

On December 14th last year, the 2017 China Robot Industry Development Conference was held at the Yuelai International Convention Center in Chongqing, which has become one of China's most important robot production bases.

In fact, before the conference, the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area had planned a two-squarekilometer Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Industrial Park in the ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park.

Subsequently, five major robot companies partnered with the Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences to sign a formal investment agreement with Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, marking the official launch of the Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Industrial Park.

The layout map of the robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area shows that the world’s top five robot “giants”have settled here:

Japan’s FANUC invested RMB 100 million in building a production base in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area; KUKA, a Germany company,and Chongqing Chang'an established a joint venture company - Chang'an Reis (Chongqing)Robotic Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd; Chongqing Liangjiang New Area signed a formal investment agreement with ABB, and the ABB Robotics(Chongqing) Application Center has settled in ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park; The Kawasaki(Chongqing) Robotics R&D and Production Base was put into operation in the ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park.

The settlement of the above giants in robotics has generated good agglomeration effects, and nearly 30 robot companies such as WASU, Harbin Institute of Technology and BOZHON followed them to conduct investment in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

助力传统制造业迭代升级

2018年7月底，我们来到位于两江新区水土高新园的川崎（重庆）机器人研发生产基地，一探产业机器人助力两江新区打造中国智能制造高地的奥秘。

两栋巨大的厂房矗立在眼前。厂房内，一排安装有两只机械臂的白色机器人，正有条不紊地进行汽车配件装配。

“这款机器人有两个能够协调动作水平的多关节手臂，定位精度高，单臂最大负载重量两公斤，能最大限度满足3C行业的需求。”川崎机器人研发生产基地负责人告诉我们，这款名为duAro的双腕机器人主要用于大规模流水线上的装配，可以精确高效地协调若干不同的动作，通过不同的编程方案可以保障工业产品的高质量。

“duAro双腕机器人是2015年10月在重庆发布的，专门面向中国西南地区市场，重庆是这款机器人全球唯一的生产地。”生产基地负责人说，“除了这款机器人外，我们还生产6轴机器人，主要包括大型通用机器人CX系列、点焊用机器人B系列、中小型通用机器人R系列、弧焊用机器人、码垛用机器人等，从医药行业到涂装应用，覆盖各个领域。”

川崎重工业株式会社是首家在日本生产出机器人的企业，其产品主要应用于汽车制造。生产基地负责人说，“重庆是全国最大的汽车生产基地，拥有长安、福特、现代等14家整车生产企业，正是深厚的传统汽车制造业吸引了川崎的目光。我们有信心助力重庆传统制造业迭代升级，加速走向智能制造。”

川崎机器人在重庆的发展壮大，是重庆两江新区机器人产业蓬勃兴旺的一个缩影。

几年来，通过构建产业发展生态，完善机器人全产业链，两江新区已初步形成高端机器人产业聚集。2017年，两江新区机器人产业实现产值36亿元，生产机器人超2700台套，约占全市总产量的75%。

At the end of July 2018, we visited the Kawasaki(Chongqing) Robotics R&D and Production Base in ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park, and explored the mystery of the industrial robots in helping the Liangjiang New Area become a paragon for China's smart manufacturing.

Two huge factories erect in front of you. Inside the factories, long straight rows of white robots with two robotic arms are assembling auto parts in order.

"The robot with two muti-joint arms can coordinate operations with accurate positioning,and the maximum load of each arm is two kilograms,which can meet the needs of the 3C industry to the utmost extent. The head of the Kawasaki (Chongqing)Robotics R&D and Production Base told us that this double-wrist robot called duAro is mainly used for the assembly work of large-scale assembly lines.It can accurately and efficiently coordinate various operations, and ensure the high quality of industrial products through different programming schemes.

“The duAro double-wrist robot was released in Chongqing in October 2015 and is dedicated to the south China. This robot is exclusively produced in Chongqing. "In addition to this robot, we produce the 6-axis robots, including the robot CX series for large-scale general purposes, the robot B series for spot welding, the small and medium-sized generalpurpose robot R series, the robot for arc welding,robot palletizer, etc., covering all areas from the pharmaceutical industry to coating applications",said the head of the production base. ”

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. is Japan' first company producing robots, and its products are mainly used in automobile manufacturing. The head of the production base said, "Chongqing has China's largest automobile production base, with 14 vehicle manufacturers such as Changan, Ford and Hyundai. Its strong foundation in traditional automobile manufacturing industry leaves Kawasaki attractive impression. We are confident in helping Chongqing update its traditional manufacturing industry and accelerate the development of its smart manufacturing. ”

The great development of Kawasaki Robotics in Chongqing is a microcosm of the booming robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

Over the past few years, by building the industry development ecology and perfecting the entire industrial chain of the robot, the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area has gradually formed a highend robot industry cluster. In 2017, the robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area achieved an output value of RMB 3.6 billion and produced 2,700 sets of production robots, accounting for 75% of the total output in Chongqing.
