你会用英语“邀请”吗？

日常生活中，我们常常会邀请亲朋好友或知名人士出席或参加某项活动。那么，你会用英语表示邀请吗？

◎经典表达

Will you come and play a game with us?你来和我们一起玩游戏好吗？

Would you like to go to the movies tonight with me?今晚你愿意和我一起看电影吗？

Why not join us?为什么不加入我们呢？

I hope you can go to the park with us.我希望你能和我们去公园。

How about going shopping with me?和我一起去购物怎么样？

Will you be free tomorrow morning?你明天上午有空吗？

Shall we go there together?我们一起去那里好吗？

We’ll be happy if you can come to our meeting.如果你能来参加我们的会议，我们将很高兴。

I’d like you to come to our party.我希望你能来参加我们的聚会。

◎友情提示

当提出邀请时，最好先考虑对方能否愿意接受你的邀请。如果觉得对方接受的可能性不大，尤其是双方关系不是很密切时，你提出的邀请尽量委婉一些，以免陷入尴尬的局面；同时，若对方不接受你的邀请，也有拒绝的余地。例如：

Would you like some tea?你要喝茶吗？

We wonder if you would like to come to our party.我们想知道你是否愿意来参加我们的聚会。

当然，如果你认为你的邀请比较适合对方的意愿，或认为对方很可能接受邀请，可以用比较直接的邀请方式。例如：

Have a cup of coffee.喝杯咖啡吧。

Do try to come.请一定来。

1.接受邀请

当你接受对方的邀请时，可用以下表达：

Yes,I’d love/like to.我很愿意。

That’ll be very nice/fine.那太好了。

That sounds great.那听起来很好。

Yes,it’s very kind of you.是的，你真是太好了。

2.拒绝邀请

当你拒绝对方的邀请时，一般先要陈述理由，免得对方误会你没有诚意。通常的方式是先表明自己很愿意接受邀请，然后用but进行转折。例如：

I’d like/love to,but I’m afraid I have no time.我愿意，但是我恐怕没有时间。

I’m sorry I can’t.What about another time? 非常抱歉我不能来了。下次怎么样？

Thank you,but my mother is ill.谢谢，但是我的母亲病了。

What a pity!I’m afraid I can’t go with you. 很遗憾！恐怕我不能和你一起去了。

Thank you very much for asking me,but I’m not feeling well.感谢你的邀请，但我不太舒服。
