[摘要]目的 探讨互动健康教育在小儿骨折患者护理中的效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治疗的骨折患儿116例,依据患儿入院时间先后将其分为观察组与对照组,各58例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用互动健康教育,比较两组患儿家长骨折相关知识掌握率、患儿畸形愈合率和功能完全恢复率、患儿家属的护理满意度。结果 观察组患儿家长骨折相关知识掌握率、护理满意度及功能完全恢复率均高于对照组,患儿畸形愈合率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对小儿骨折患儿护理时实施互动健康教育措施可显著提高患儿家属对骨折知识的掌握程度,提高患儿骨折康复效果及患儿家属护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture.Methods 116 children patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 58 cases in each group.The control was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,the malunion rate and complete functional recovery rate of patients and the nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were compared between two groups.Results The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,complete functional recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were higher than those in the control group,the malunion rate was lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of interactive health education in nursing care of children with fracture of children when Education measures can significantly improve the children′s family members to master the knowledge of fracture, improve the rehabilitation effect of children fracture and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion

上肢骨折是當前临床极为常见的一种小儿骨折类型,儿童此时正处于身体发育的关键时期,在其骨头可塑性强、生长极快等优点下,骨折患儿在接受有效治疗的情况下极少见骨骼功能受损现象[1-2]。然而患儿同时具有好动、活泼等特点,对骨折康复造成一定不利影响[3]。互动健康教育是当前临床一种较为新颖的健康教育模式,其在临床中已经得到了较为广泛的应用且有研究结果[4-5]显示,互动健康教育尤其适用于幼儿疾病治疗进程中。对接受外固定治疗的患儿进行积极的健康宣教,对提升患儿治疗依从性有积极作用,能促使患儿早日康复。为进一步了解小儿骨折患儿中互动健康教育的护理效果,本次研究中将以此为据,将互动健康教育应用在患儿护理进程中,现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治疗的骨折患儿116例,依据患儿入院时间先后将其分为观察组与对照组,各58例。观察组中男35例,女23例;年龄2~9岁,平均(5.56±1.21)岁;骨折类型:耻骨骨折13例,锁骨骨折12例,挠骨骨折13例,肱骨骨折11例,掌指骨骨折9例。对照组中男36例,女22例;年龄3~9岁,平均(6.01±1.21)岁;骨折类型:耻骨骨折14例,锁骨骨折12例,挠骨骨折12例,肱骨骨折10例,掌指骨骨折10例。纳入标准:①患儿均为上肢骨折并给予X线、超声等影像学检查手段证实;②患儿有上肢外伤病史、跌倒史等病史,由父母陪伴进入我院接受诊治;③患儿家属知晓本次研究并针对患儿治疗方法签订知情同意书,服从相关治疗及护理要求。排除标准:①合并有下肢及其他部位的多发性骨折患儿;②合并有严重心血管疾病及其他亟待治疗严重症状的患儿;③合并有认知障碍、精神障碍以及严重脏器功能障碍患儿。两组患儿一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。本次研究经过我院医学伦理委员会批准。
