要想在Part3部分拿到较高的分数，就必须深入了解这部分出题的规律与应答的技巧。虽然口语话题都是关于学习与生活的内容，但Part1中的话题更加侧重生活化、私人的内容；而Part3中所问到的话题则较为正式，更多的将关注点放在社会、城市、国家等更深层次的内容。举例来说，回答Part1话题时，通常以第一人称I来作答，而在回答第三部分时，几乎很少出现第一人称，而更多地使用诸如involve（涉及）、concern（关注）、participate in（参与）等高端词汇。下面将Part3中常见问题类型进行逐一分析与详解。

1. 原因类：顾名思义，就是对某件事情或者现象的原因进行分析。通常根据不同的题目可以从政府角度、经济发展、历史原因、文化背景、宗教特点、家庭情况、个人经历等不同方面來分析。此类题型应该首先申述或重复上述结论，然后按层次分析原因，最后进行总结申述。

E.g：Examiner： Why …？/What is the reason of…？ Candidate：（可参照以下表述）

Well， it is a topic that people have been talking about for quite a while. Some believe that …is the main reason why…； Others claim that it is…Well， I cant say whose side I am on. They both make their points.

在解释原因时，还可以采用以下句式：

The fact is ……so the main reason for that is ……

There could be a number of explanations./Thats due to the fact...

The most significant one may be...

2. 观点类：观点类的题型首先应该直接给出清晰的观点，然后分几点进行观点支撑的分别论述。这类话题只讲个人观点就可以，但是要做到分析到位，答案饱满，语言精准。在观点类题目中，又可以具体划分为两种情况：

a、回答“solutions/ how should ...？”类型题的句型

E.g： Examiner： Should people …？ And explain why.

Candidate： I suppose the answer is “yes”. As we all know， it has a lot of benefits. For starters，…And most importantly，…I dont think there is anyone in the world who wants to see the day when…Therefore， let us…！

常用句型推荐：

I believe a range of steps should be taken， such as....

And probably most importantly， ...

The most sensible way to confront this would be...

b、回答“advantages and disadvantages”时首先要熟悉替换advantages 的同义词。比如：benefit/ merit/ positive feature

There are a number of benefit.

Clearly， the advantages include…

That is beneficial primarily because ....

disadvantages的替代说法有：drawbacks/ weaknesses/ weak points

There may be same risks involved./Apparently， some hazards may be involved.

3、对比类：这类题型是指在两类或几类不同人物或者事物之间进行对比。考生应做到多角度、全方位的分析、有逻辑性的回答考官。这类话题，逻辑性与层次感是至关重要的。

E.g： Examiner： Which is more important when you choose a gift， the price or the meaning？

Candidate： I prefer the meaning for sure. Off the top of my head，… Besides， the price is nothing but a price tag， …which overshadows the price as well. Lastly， the price is not worth a thing.

起始句：

Therere a couple of differences between them…

The main differences I can think of are ....

接下来给出第一点区别：

The most essential one is..../Compared with.....，

接下来给出第二点区别：

Apart from that，.../A second difference would be...

While/ whereas/ by contrast/ compared with.../
