Middle-income Trap:Generating Essence and its Overcoming

China has stepped into the rank of upper-middle-income countries and is faced with challenges in economy, population,ecological environment and the like.China is now in key period of stepping over the middle-income trap.After exploring the problems in China's economy and society and the causes of Latin American countries' falling into the trap,the paper points out that only by resolving comprehensive problems and coordinating different kinds of contradictions can China successfully step over the middle-income trap.

Reviewing Typical Modes of Building New Rural Community in China and its Enlightenment

China's economy has entered a period of New Normal,which asks for new requirement for economic growth mode.The economic growth speed in Yanbian Area slows down in recent years and the consumption demand exerts less pulling role on GDP.The economy of Yanbian Area faces challenges and new opportunities in New Normal and should transform pulling force of economic growth from depending on investment into on consumption,enhance technological innovation capacity,improve industrial structure and build an industrial structure dominated by consumption and service.

Challenge Faced by Capitalization of Big Data

Based on current development of big data industry in China,this paper makes a discussion on problems of big data in confirmation,calculation,report and transaction of big data assets.In author's opinion,lack of division basis of big data assets,lack of complete system of its value assessment,being limited by quality requirements of traditional accounting information and imperfect trading mechanism and regulations are main challenges in process of capitalization of big data.
