0 引言

Schur定理每1个n×n矩阵在酉等价意义下可以唯一地写成有限个不可约算子的直和．

Jordan标准型定理每1个n×n矩阵在相似意义下可以唯一地写成有限个强不可约算子的直和．

显然，1个n×n矩阵A是强不可约的当且仅当A相似于1个n×n的Jordan块．江泽坚指出强不可约
