Abstract: the qualitative evaluation of partnership of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai, "Close cooperation, complement each other", "But also disharmony sometimes", is more realistic. Jin Chongji's view on the status, meaning and role of the partnership of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai has more historical background. The evaluation shows that people gradually realized the partnership's important position in the first generation of collective leadership. And they reached a consensus that Zhou Enlai is the important designer and perpetrators to organize and carry out the overall blueprint of construction of the new China.

Abstract: Climate change is one of the most typical risk of industry time, involved science, economy, politics, and many other aspects of the world. To understand and deal with this phenomenon, U. Beck's theory of risk society is a systemic and helpful tool. The debates around IPCC's report on climate embody many features of science in a risk time, make the climate change an arena of man powers, and science and technology became a branch of politics, ethics, business and judicatory practice. Notably, Beck doesn't deny science and technology's role in risk time. From his point of view, only a combination of scientific reason and social reason that can make mankind be able to face the challenge of climate change risk. He put forward the concept of "green modernity" as the basic framework to deal with climate change. He appeal to all kinds of civilizations, nations, organizations and institutions' discussion and dialog on how to construct a green modernity, and meet the climate change's challenge together.

Abstract: The value orientation of technical innovation in industrial society shows features as follows： concerning partial value, ignoring whole value; emphasizing individual value, underestimating colony value; preferring short-term value to the long-term one. The reasons for the features mentioned above lie in many aspects among which the rationality-oriented "modernity perspective" is the key one. Therefore, there is splitting between instrumental rationality and value rationality in the atmosphere of "modernity". And "the meaning of human",natural "feeling",long-term value,"ultimate concern" have lost their tensile force and influence under the repression of rationality.

Abstract: Britain's status as a colonial empire met grave challenges soon after the Second World War. To maintain Britain's status as a world power, Attlee's government decided to particularly develop the Commonwealth, which could make best use of the British Empire for the sustaining role of British colonies in Britain's status as a world power. Since India ranked in critical position in the Commonwealth, Attlee's government tried their best to let India be independent within the Commonwealth during the process of power transfer, until the main Indian political parties accepted their Dominion status.

Abstract: Social science research mainly focuses on the urban space, economy, finance, logistics, population, race, gender, etc. Ubiculture is just one subsidiary part and it can not become an independent academic object or field. Since Chinese humanities are influenced by Western values, the deep feelings cultured by agricultural civilization to the natural, rural, especially the special nature of Chinese contemporary urbanization process are extremely unfavorable factors for the rational and scientific understanding of ubiculture. We must establish a scientific theoretical basis and framework system for Ubicultural studies, so that the concepts, theories and methods from different disciplines and different areas are effectively integrated.

Abstract: In Yan zhenqing's monument works, the literature value of "Buddha Tower Inscription" was quite remarkable in many inscriptions. First, Buddha Tower inscription is still preserved over thousands of years, which is very beneficial to appreciate Yan Zhenqing's handwriting and study inscriptions. Second, the historical record can be filled. Third, "The Inscription of Chu Jin, A Buddhist Monk" by Chu Jin and a shaman, Fei Xi, mentioned in "Buddha Tower Inscription" can cross-reference with the Buddhist literature. Fourth, many documented things in Buddha Tower inscription are mostly imaginary, but it undoubtedly reflects the status of Buddhism and politico-religious relationship at the time.

Abstract: Globalization and collective identity are the two basic forces to shape today of the world. To analyze and sort out the ethnic identity in cyberspace will help us understand the basic features of world globalization and collective identity interweaved with each other, and will expand the theoretical vision of networked society and ethnic identity. Network interaction and collective memory are the two key factors to interpret how to build ethnic identity in cyberspace. Network interaction is the social construction factor to shape the ethnic identity; however, collective memory is the practical institution to contribute to the ethnic identity.
