脚癣(Tinea pedis)

Pharmacist：Good afternoon.May I help you,sir?

药师：下午好，先生。您需要些什么？

Client：My feet itch all the time,I am afraid the tinea pedis is irritating me again.

顾客：我的脚痒得厉害，恐怕是脚气又犯了。

Pharmacist：There are different types of tinea pedis.May I check your feet?

药师：脚气有好几种，能让我先看看您的患处吗？

Client：Sure.I feel itchy between the toes.Look at these red specks.That’s where the itch is the worst.

顾客：好的。主要是脚趾部位比较痒，你看，就是这里长红斑的地方，特别痒。

Pharmacist：Yes,that is a typical symptom of papular-type dermatophytosis,the most common kind of tinea pedis.I recommend you to use Miconazole Nitrate Cream.It should cure you of your infection within one week.

药师：这个是丘疹性脚气的典型症状，是最常见的一种，用硝酸咪康唑乳膏（达克宁）就可以了，一周左右应该就可以治好了。

Client：All right.I used to use this medicine before.

顾客：好的，我以前也用过这种药。

Pharmacist：Don’t stop using the cream until you are completely cured.

药师：关键是必须坚持用药，直到完全痊愈。

Client：Sure,I will do just that.

顾客：好的，我会注意的。
