误译：We must further increase the degree of transparency of judicatory work.

正译：We must further increase the transparency of judicatory work. 解释：degree of transparency 指可以分级或量化的透明程度，如宝石的透明度可以分为若干级别。司法工作的透明度指其公开性，一般不易设立量化的表示公开程度的标准。因此，使用degree一词，就有些多余，可以删去。

“透明”的第一个意思指“能够透过光线”。英语可以译为transparent。例如：1. 水是无色透明的液体。Water is a colourless transparent liquid.

“透明”的第二个意思是比喻“公开，不隐蔽”。英语可以译为transparent。例如：2. 透明的招标做法使得政府采购更加规范。The transparent bidding practice makes the government purchasing more regulated.

“透明度”或“透明性”的第一个意思是“物体能够透过光线的程度”。英语可以译为transparency, transparence, diaphaneity。例如：3. 水晶一般都有很高的透明度。这块水晶尤其有很高级别的透明度。Crystal in general has a very high transparency. This piece of crystal in particular has a very high degree of transparency.
