2024年4月8日，中国国际中文教育基金会秘书长赵灵山一行赴上海外国语大学（下文简称“上外”）开展工作交流，并会见《孔子学院》中德刊的编辑团队。

On April 8， 2024， Zhao Lingshan， theSecretary-General of the Chinese InternationalEducation Foundation （CIEF）， led a delegationto Shanghai International Studies University（SISU） for a working visit. There， they metwith the editorial team of the Chinese-Germanedition of the Confucius Institute journal.

赵灵山秘书长和上外李岩松校长，作为期刊总编辑，听取了中德双方团队互相尊重、友好协商的合作办刊流程介绍，中德刊在德国和其他德语区国家及地区的发行情况汇报，以及读者对期刊的反馈信息。

Secretary-General Zhao Lingshan andSISU President Li Yansong， both serving as theeditors-in-chief of the journal， were briefed onthe publishing process adopted by the editorialteam， which emphasizes principles of mutualrespect and amicable consultation. They alsoreceived updates on the journals distribution inGermany and other German-speaking regions，as well as reader feedback.

今年是中德刊创刊十周年，赵灵山秘书长肯定了中德刊的质量和合作模式，并强调《孔子学院》期刊是孔子学院品牌的重要组成部分，既服务全球孔子学院教师和学员，也服务中华文化爱好者和对中国感兴趣的读者。在办刊过程中，一定要秉持“以读者为导向”，要多关注读者反馈、多与同行交流，让《孔子学院》期刊成为中国与其他国家进行教育、文化交流的高质量、有特色的国际化期刊。

Approaching the 10th anniversary of theChinese-German edition of the journal， Secretary-General Zhao Lingshan praised the commitment toquality assurance and the collaborative frameworkof the Chinese-German edition. He highlighted thejournals importance within the Confucius Institutebrand， serving not only educators and learnersworldwide but also enthusiasts of Chinese cultureand those interested in China. He also underscoredthe significance of prioritizing reader interests andfostering communication with readers and otherjournals to improve quality and distinctiveness，thereby facilitating educational and culturalexchange between China and other nations.

李岩松校长也给予指导和支持，鼓励德方编辑伙伴与中方团队一起继续努力，将《孔子学院》打造成为跨文化交流与传播的典范。

President Li Yansong offered guidance andsupport. He encouraged the German editorialpartners to maintain their close collaboration withthe Chinese team and pledged increased efforts toposition the journal as a leading example of crossculturalcommunication and dissemination.
