800m/min high-speed spun-bonded and melt-blown nonwovens compelte equipment and process technology: large-scale production
● Using the linear coat—hanger spinning nozzle and optimiz—ing the manifold angle,coat—hanger melt channel with entire width and uniform distribution was designed.Additionally,the negative pressure drafting technology of gradient uniform side—blowing cool—ing and tangential air supply was developed to ensure uniform and stable cooling crystallization of tow at high speed,effectively con—trolling the fiber fineness.
● A new spinneret and side—blowing box design were imple—mented.This enabled development of high—speed transmission web belt rectification technology,as well as melt—blown web belt protec—tion technology and device,and drafting hot—air control technology and equipment.As a result,800m/min high—quality low—weight SSS,SSMMS,and other spun—bonded and melt—blown nonwovens were produced consistently at high speed.
● The webbing machine was developed to evenly divide fibers and lay a web,reducing fiber strand and defects,improving the web's uniformity and transverse strength.The pre—press roll structure was optimized,and the surface received nano—ceramic treatment to prevent static electricity.The machine also uses auxiliary suction to control the web's flanging and floating,resolving the problem of ultra—thin web winding on the pre—press roll in high—speed production.
● An automated control system was developed for the pro—duction line of spun—bonded and melt—blown nonwovens.Digitaliza—tion and networking were implemented to ensure safe interconnec—tion and interlocking of the entire line.The system enables remote debugging,diagnosis,maintenance,and data sharing.
