Brinjal’s1 Dinner茄子的晚餐

Pumpkin2 family decided to inviteBrinjals family for dinner to give thanks.Because Brinjal helped Pumpkin a lotin school.

Mr. Pumpkin went to Brinjals house toinvite them for dinner that evening at 7：00in the morning. He found everyone wasbusy with their morning duties3. MommyBrinjal was busy with cleaning the cups.Granny Brinjal was feeding the chickens.Daddy Brinjal was drawing the water fromthe well4 and Brinjal was watering thevegetable plants.

They got shocked by seeing Mr.Pumpkin in the early morning in their home.After small talk， Mr. Pumpkin told that hecame to invite Brinjals family to dinner.Pumpkins family were reserved5 but theywere polite and kind. They were good atheart. If they like people， they would go outof their way to make them happy.

Mrs. Pumpkin was busy with cookingfor the Brinjals family. Mr. Pumpkinbought things which were needed forcooking. Then he went to read a book. Theirkitchen was not big but clean. The flavors6from the kitchen made Mr. Pumpkin mouthwatering7.He was a foodie8， and he alwaysloved to invite guests9， which made Mrs.Pumpkin unhappy. But she was a goodhostess with great cooking skills10. Neighborssaid she could make the best dishes.

Brinjals family arrived 15 minutesbefore the dinner. They were given water towash their hands. Granny Brinjal hadntgone for dinner. She went to see her friendsafter lunch and they had dinner together.Brinjals family brought sunflowers andhoney from their fields11. Pumpkin was sohappy to see the gifts.

Mrs. Pumpkin offered a new sofa tosit on and hot tea with some cakes. Mr.Pumpkin and Mr. Brinjal started talkingabout the weather forecast12 and how itworks on the crops13 in the coming month.Mrs. Pumpkin and Mommy Brinjal discussedabout their families. Pumpkin andBrinjal made small talk about their friendsand hobbies.

Mrs. Pumpkin prepared good mealsand worked very hard to make food agood taste. She prepared a lot ofdelicious food. Brinjals family felt sohappy with the Pumpkin familys loveand care. Mrs. Pumpkin gave some ofthe delicious food to Granny Brinjal，then Brinjals family took it and left fortheir home happily.

早上七点的时候，南瓜先生来到茄子家邀请他们当晚共进晚餐。

他们一大早在家里看到南瓜先生都很吃惊。闲聊几句之后，南瓜先生说他是来邀请茄子一家共进晚餐的。南瓜一家都很寡言少语，但他们很有礼貌，也很友善。他们心地很善良。如果他们喜欢别人，就会想尽办法让他们高兴。

南瓜夫人正忙着为茄子一家做饭。南瓜先生买了做饭需要的东西，然后就看书去了。他们的厨房不大，但很干净。厨房里的味道让南瓜先生垂涎欲滴。他是一个美食家，总是喜欢邀请客人回家吃饭，这让南瓜夫人不太高兴。但她是一个很好的女主人，烹饪技巧高超。

邻居们说她能做出最好吃的菜。

茄子一家在晚餐前15 分钟到达，然后用水洗了手。茄子奶奶没有吃晚饭。她午餐后去看朋友了，然后他们一起吃的晚餐。茄子家从自家田里带来了向日葵和蜂蜜。南瓜看到这些礼物很高兴。
