在浩渺的宇宙中,地球是孤独的,人类之爱使其温暖;在茫茫人海里,我们每一个人是孤独的,一种基于自由意志、独立人格、无私奉献的爱使我们聚在一起,这种爱就是志愿精神。
无论在东方还是西方,志愿服务都有着深厚的文化基础和思想基础。中国伟大的教育家孔子说“四海之内皆兄弟”,习近平主席提出构建“人类命运共同体”的理念,而以志愿服务为纽带的国际合作与交流,能够更加超越国家、民族和种族隔阂与冲突,实现文明互鉴、民心相通。
中国是一片充满爱和善的热土,有很多在华工作的外籍人士在工作之余从事志愿服务,比如参与救火的美国外教福兰课、参与抗疫的泰国专家关国兴、参与春运志愿服务的索马里汉学家伊斯曼等。为充分反映广大在华外国专家、外籍人才和留学生等国际友人在中国践行志愿精神、从事志愿服务的感人故事,《国际人才交流》杂志与中国青年志愿者协会志愿文学专委会联合开展“我在中国的志愿服务故事”征稿活动。
稿件要求:故事真实、生动、感人;体裁为散文,中英文均可;字数不少于2000字。优质稿件将在《国际人才交流》杂志上发表,在“中国青年志愿者”官方微信平台上推送。稿件一经采用即付稿酬、寄送样刊。来稿请注明作者姓名、联系方式、联系地址,100字左右个人介绍,3—5张志愿服务相关照片(高清、2M以上)。

In the vast universe, the earth is lonely but warmed by the love of human beings; in the vast crowd, each of us is lonely but brought together by a kind of love based on free will, independent personality, selfless devotion, and this love is volunteerism.
Whether in the East or the West, volunteerism has a deep cultural foundation and ideological basis.Confucius, the great Chinese educator, said, “All men are brothers,” and President Xi Jinping proposed building a “community with a shared future of mankind” While international cooperation and exchange with volunteerism as a link transcends barriers and conflicts among countries, nationalities, and races and achieves mutual appreciation of civilizations and people-to-people connectivity.
China is a land full of love and kindness.Many international friends working in China are volunteering, such as American foreign teacher Francis Stonier who participated in fire-fighting.Thai expert Chaphiporn Kiatkachatharn, who participated in the fight against epidemics, and Somali Sinologist Abdilahi Ismail Abdilahi, who participated in the Spring Festival Travel Rush volunteer service.To fully reflect the touching stories of international experts, international talents, international students, and other international friends who practice volunteerism and do volunteer service in China,theInternational Talentand Volunteer Literature Committee of the Chinese Young Volunteers Association jointly launched the invitation to contribute to the column of “My Stories of Volunteering in China.”
Manuscript Requirements: The story is true, vivid, and touching; the genre is prose, either in Chinese or in English is allowed; the word count is at least 2000 words.High-quality manuscripts will be published in International Talent and the official WeChat account of “Chinese Young Volunteers.” The manuscript will be paid once it is accepted, and a sample publication will be sent.Please indicate the author’s name, contact information, contact address,a 100-word personal introduction, and 3-5 photos (HD, 2M or more) related to volunteer service.
