In Marx's criticism of capitalist society, technological criticism remains a classical subtopic of his inquiry. Marx's critique of technology, in the narrative of philosophical anthropology, explains to us that technology, as the result of human's own perceptual activities, alienates people and becomes a force of alienation in capitalist society, and theoretically derives the revolutionary principle of overcoming alienation; In the narrative of political economy, it reveals that technology is bound by capital to form an accomplice mechanism, and points out its reflexive logic. Although the two paradigms of Marx's technological criticism differ in research methods, Marx's political economic criticism of technology actually constitutes an ideological inheritance and scientific supplement to his early philosophical anthropological criticism, and thus realizes the paradigm transformation on the basis of the internal communication of the two paradigms. Based on this, Marx's technology criticism has developed into a critical program with value character, radical character and truth temperament in the process of paradigm evolution.

"Hunger" is a physiological reaction caused by material shortage and resource shortage, while "fear" is a psychological reaction caused by uncertain factors in risk society. The first thing that Chinese modernization solves is poverty and the "hunger" and "insecurity" it brings. Building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way means that absolute poverty will be eliminated in China as a whole. "Hunger" is no longer the primary source of people's sense of insecurity, but the coming of a risk society makes people feel "afraid" of uncertain factors more accurately and truly. Coping with risks and managing risks has become a governance problem that the Communist Party of China must solve on the road to building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way.

The health clause in the Constitution is the fundamental norm for the healthy construction of China and the healthy development of the rule of law. From the perspective of normative structure, the internal normative structure and external structure of health clauses in the Constitution provide institutional support for the construction of a healthy China. From the perspective of application path, the coordinated governance between the Constitution and departmental laws and the two-way cooperation between the state and citizens provide path guarantee for the realization of citizens' right to health. In the context of building a healthy China, we should give full play to the guiding role of the health provisions in the Constitution and build a good implementation mechanism, which can effectively connect the normative gap between the Constitution and sectoral laws and ensure the realization of citizens' right to health.

Quantitative research on regional economic resilience can more accurately understand the composition and weak links of regional economic resilience. Under the new development pattern, it can provide effective reference for policy formulation. First, on the basis of combing the development context of regional economic resilience and analyzing the basic requirements of economic resilience under the new development pattern, the DPSIR framework is used to analyze the five concepts of regional economic resilience; Secondly, the dynamic correlation of DPSIR framework itself and the two-way evaluation index system method are available to build a dynamic two-way evaluation system of regional economic resilience under the new development pattern, and the entropy weight method is used to obtain the corresponding weights; Finally, the corresponding empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that the index system constructed in this paper can effectively reflect the connotation of China's regional economic resilience; under the influence of internal and external shocks, the change rate of the composite index fluctuates greatly; we should increase investment in the western region to improve its economic resilience.

Extensive implementation refers to the action process in which the policy implementation subject, under the guidance of a certain value concept, actively increases the policy content, adds implementation links and procedures and other means to translate the policy objectives into actual results in the process of policy implementation preparation, policy publicity, and comprehensive implementation of policies. From the perspective of rural COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control cases, village cadres in many places have extended the implementation of relevant policies and regulations, which are embodied in enhancing villagers' risk perception, adding policy content, using local knowledge and negative incentives as implementation strategies, and guiding villagers to take rational and irrational collective actions. In terms of the implementation effect, the expanded implementation may bring super policy output and expected policy results, but in some cases it may also have negative policy effects. The generation of expansionary execution is the result of the interaction of many factors, such as the subjectivity of risk perception, the political nature of policy issues, and the initiative of village cadres. At present, efforts should be made to improve the political quality and crisis management ability of village cadres, actively implement the burden reduction policy at the grassroots level, deepen policy recognition, and unblock the participation channels of policy objects, so as to effectively prevent and resolve the negative impact of expansionary implementation.

The thought of auspicious omens and calamity in the Song Dynasty was deeply influenced by the thought of Yin Yang and Five Elements and the thought of "condemnation" in the Han Dynasty. The Song people believed that the auspicious omens and disasters were caused by the harmony and discord of the Yin, Yang and five elements. As the main body of the relationship between heaven and man, the behavior of the monarch also has a profound impact on the auspicious omens and disasters. Due to the development of the theory of "Qi", the Song people believed that the "Qi" with material attributes was the medium between the abstract Yin Yang and five elements and people, and the auspicious and calamitous thought was also closely related to it. In the early Song Dynasty, elegant music began to revive, and reached its peak during the Huizong period. The thought of auspicious omens and disasters in the Song Dynasty also had a profound impact on the development of elegant music. The people of Song Dynasty believed that elegant music, because of its function of guiding "harmony", would also have an impact on auspicious omens and disasters. Not only that, the elegant music in the Song Dynasty was also deeply influenced by the thought of auspicious omen and disaster in the aspects of system construction and the creation of elegant music and movement.
