Paragraph 1:
Therefore, Paul searched for her on social media, and what he found made his jaws drop. Paul found that Liz came from an ordinary family, but things began to change five years ago. Thats because Lizs father Steve suddenly got a serious disease, which made him lose the ability to stand up and walk around. Steve lost his job since then, and the family fell into poverty. As students, Liz and her other two young brothers had to take a part⁃time job to make ends meet. The family was in desperate need of a wheelchair⁃accessible vehicle for Steve. Short of money, Liz had even started a GoFundMe campaign to help raise funds for that.
Paragraph 2:
When people learnt about Lizs difficult situation, they tried every effort to help her from all corners. Only months later, the GoFundMe campaign had jumped to an impressive amount of $86,500. Some even donated $5,000 and chose to remain unknown. Liz immediately considered buying a suitable vehicle. However, before she could even make a purchase, she was contacted by a company, which decided to donate to the family, a brand⁃new wheelchair⁃accessible vehicle. Liz couldnt believe the chain of events that her single act of kindness had sparked. After years of struggles, the family finally had a reason to rejoice.

Dear Jack,
Im glad to share some basic knowledge of Chinese calligraphy with you.
Its wise of you to master Chinese calligraphy. For one thing, you can study the basic structure of each Chinese character step by step; for another thing, choosing a good model book to copy is of great benefit to you. Chinese calligraphy is a fine art of the excellent traditional cultures in China. Not only does it help us to better understand traditional Chinese culture, but also it can purify our souls.
Wish you progress in Chinese calligraphy.
Yours,
Li Hua
第二節
Paragraph 1:
Instead of burying myself in my phone, I focused on something else: my surroundings. I let the noise of the wilderness wash over me, birds and bugs creating a ruckus that was both loud and serene at the same time. My anger turned to peace, then little interest and, finally, excitement. Standing on the high campsite, I felt the weight of stress melt from my shoulders as I viewed the vast expanse that unfolded below me. The sight that met my startled eyes nearly took my breath away. For the first time, I thought camping in a place that had no cellphone service might not be so bad.
Paragraph 2:
The following days passed in a flash with many fun activities. I hiked. I swam. I fished. My dad and I learned how to start a fire together after several false starts. We cooked together and I ate the sweetest marshmallows I had ever tasted. Dad told me stories of his life, stories I had never heard or perhaps I hadnt been listening to. When the camping came to an end, I realized I hadnt thought of my phone once. I hadnt felt the need to be connected to anywhere else. It dawned on me that what mattered most was the time I was sharing with just my father and nature.
