机械制图与CAD绘图教学改革与校本教材开发研究

摘 要：机械制图是中等职业院校机械专业的基础课程，也是学生必须掌握的重点技能。但是自我国教学改革之后，机械制图和CAD教学面临着新的挑战，需要注重学生对平面图理解能力的提升，同时也要培养学生软件制图的能力。在这一环境下，传统的教学方式与教学内容已经无法满足社会发展的需求。因此，职业院校需要做出改革，机械制图与CAD绘图的教学需进一步完善，不断优化教学的方式并更新教材，这样才能让教学与时俱进。基于此，本文从机械制图与CAD绘图教学现状入手，首先分析机械制图与CAD绘图教学改革策略，然后探究机械制图与CAD绘图校本教材开发，希望可以借此给机械制图与CAD制图教学的相关研究提供一定的参考意见。

Research on the Teaching Reform of Mechanical Drawing and CAD Drawing and the Development of School-based Teaching Materials

Abstract：Mechanical drawing is a basic course for mechanical majors in secondary vocational colleges， and it is also a key skill that students must master. However， since China's teaching reform， mechanical drawing and CAD teaching are facing new challenges. It is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of students' understanding of floor plans， and at the same time to cultivate students' software drawing ability. In this environment， traditional teaching methods and teaching content can no longer meet the needs of social development. Therefore， vocational colleges need to make reforms， the teaching of mechanical drawing and CAD drawing needs to be further improved， and the teaching methods are continuously optimized and teaching materials are updated， so that teaching can keep pace with the times. Based on this， this article starts with the current situation of mechanical drawing and CAD drawing teaching， first analyzes the teaching reform strategy of mechanical drawing and CAD drawing， and then explores the development of mechanical drawing and CAD drawing school-based textbooks， hoping to provide relevant research on mechanical drawing and CAD drawing teaching with certain reference opinions.

机械专业属于综合性专业，它不仅要求学生具备丰富的理论知识，同时也要具备相应的实践操作能力。在机械专业的课程教学中，机械制图与CAD绘图都属于基础的课程，而且对教学质量的要求较高。特别是随着计算机技术的飞速发展，当前机械制图和CAD绘图有了各类辅助软件，能够帮助教学活动更好的开展。而当前职业院校械制图和CAD绘图的教学已经出现了诸多不适应之处，无法满足社会发展的需求。因此各类职业院校必须要做出改革，根据教学内容来设置相应的课程教材，这样才能有效提高机械制图与CAD绘图教学的实效性。

1 机械制图与CAD绘图教学现状

从我国近年的实际情况来看，机械专业的毕业生大多有着较为丰富的理论知识，但是CAD绘图与机械制图的实践能力相对较弱，对图纸的解读等也存在一定的問题。而从各职业院校来看，当前在机械制图中仍然采用传统的方式，制图以手绘为主，教学目标也以理论知识为重点，忽略了学生实践能力的培养。因此很多学生在毕业后并不具备相关的实践技能，而且传统的制图方式也无法发挥作用，这在一定程度上影响了学生的就业。另外，从CAD绘图的教学来看，课程安排并不合理，理论知识与绘图课程的比例存在失调的问题，而在未来的职场中更需要快速且熟练绘制CAD的技能，所以大部分学生很难满足这一要求。除此之外，机械制图和CAD绘图的教材内容也存在一定的滞后性，与当前社会的联系不够紧密，这也在一定程度上影响了教学的时效性，因此相应的教学改革刻不容缓。

2 机械制图与CAD绘图教学改革策略
