[摘要] 目的 探討达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。 方法 选取2019年2月至2020年2月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者90例,随机分组后,对照组予以达英-35,观察组采取达英-35联合二甲双胍,分析疗效差异。 结果 观察组治疗后有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FSH、LH、PRL、T均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后E2高于对照组;观察组治疗后HOMA-β、HOMA-IR、Vaspin、Apelin、Leptin低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然排卵率为46.67%、促排后排卵率为42.93%、自然受孕率、促排后受孕率为31.11%、总怀孕率为46.67%,均高于对照组的26.67%、88.89%、11.11%、31.11%、46.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组流产率为2.22%,低于对照组的15.56%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效良好。

The clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Ninety patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected. After randomization, the control group received Diane-35, and the observation group took Diane-35 combined with metformin. The difference in efficacy was analyzed. Results The effective rate of the observation group (95.56%) after treatment was higher than that of the control group (82.22%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TG, TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The FSH, LH, PRL, and T after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The E2 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group; HOMA-β, HOMA-IR, Vaspin, Apelin, and Leptin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The natural ovulation rate (46.67%), the ovulation rate after ovulation promotion (42.93%), the natural conception rate, the pregnancy rate after ovulation promotion (31.11%), and the total pregnancy rate (46.67%) in the observation group were all higher than those (26.67%, 88.89%, 11.11%, 31.11%. and 46.67%) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The abortion rate of the observation group (2.22%) was lower than that of the control group (15.56%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin has a good effect on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
