磁场对豌豆种子萌发及生长的影响

摘要 为了研究磁场对豌豆种子萌发及生长的影响,选择强度为80~100、180~200 mT的磁场分别处理豌豆萌动种子5 、10 和15 min,3 d后测定豌豆种子的萌发状况,7 d后测定幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性。结果表明,磁场处理不仅促进了豌豆种子的萌发,同时还诱导了SOD、POD和PPO的活性。处理后芽苗菜的发芽率、茎重、茎长以及3种酶的活性都高于对照组。磁场强度180~200 mT、处理时间10  min的试验组发芽率、茎重、茎长增幅最大,磁场强度80~100 mT、处理时间10  min的试验组防御酶活性增幅最大。由此可见,适当的磁场处理可促进豌豆种子的萌发及防御酶的活性提高,可以用来增加豌豆芽苗菜生产效益和提高其营养价值。

Effects of Different Magnetic Field on Germination and Growth of  Pisum sativum

Abstract In order to study the effect of magnetic field on  Pisum sativum  seeds germination and growth,  Pisum sativum  seeds were treated with 80-100 and 180-200 mT magnetic fields for 5, 10 and 15  min respectively. The germination status of  Pisum sativum  seeds was deter mined after three days, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of seedlings were deter mined after seven days. The results showed that magnetic field not only promoted the germination of  Pisum sativum  seeds, but also induced SOD, POD and PPO activity. The germination rate, stem weight, stem length and the activities of three enzymes of the treated seeds were higher than those of the control group. The germination rate, stem weight and stem length of the experimental group with magnetic field strength of 180-200 mT and treatment time of 10 min increased the most, while the antioxidant enzyme activity of the experimental group with magnetic field strength of 80-100 mT and treatment time of 10 min increased the most. It can be seen that the appropriate magnetic field treatment can promote the germination of  Pisum sativum  seeds and improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, which can be used to increase the production efficiency of  Pisum sativum  sprouts and improve its nutritional value.

磁场对生物组织会产生不同程度的影响[1]。Dhindsa等[2]用一定的磁场强度来处理烟草幼苗,发现磁场处理过的烟草幼苗的生长状况以及叶片中的酶活力都有明显的变化。徐振峰等[3]研究了梯度磁场对芝麻种子生物学特性的影响;周劲松等[4]发现磁场能够促进板蓝根的发芽、生长;刘秋香等[5]发现磁场处理能够增强小白菜叶片中PPO、SOD活性;Carbonell等[6]发现磁场对水稻的生长会产生影响。研究表明磁场处理不仅可以改变农作物的种子萌发和生长发育,还可以改变植物体内多种防御酶的活性 [7]。磁场处理种子因其绿色环保而在生产上开始应用[8]。
