市人大常委会副主任杜黎明出席瑞士国庆招待会

7月23日，瑞士駐成都总领事馆在中瑞（重庆两江）产业园举行瑞士国庆日暨瑞士驻成都总领事馆开馆5周年庆祝活动。市人大常委会副主任杜黎明应邀出席并致辞。

杜黎明在致辞中感谢瑞士驻成都总领事馆为重庆建设内陆开放高地、中西部国际交往中心所作出的积极贡献。他说，瑞士是重庆在欧洲地区的重要交往国，近年来，在瑞士驻成都总领事馆的积极推动下，重庆与瑞士在高层互访、经贸交往、旅游合作、教育培训、友城交往等各领域交流频繁，取得了良好成效。他表示，欢迎瑞士有关领域积极关注重庆，融入重庆，参与合作，携手发展。重庆市愿意与瑞士驻成都总领事馆加强联系与合作，进一步探索新的合作模式，拓宽合作领域和渠道，共同推动双方在科技创新、经贸、金融、物流、新能源、职业教育、旅游、文化、友城交往等领域的合作不断取得新进展。

瑞士驻成都总领事高凯琳在致辞中表示，瑞士是最早与中国建立外交关系的西方国家之一，希望在中瑞两国友好外交关系的背景下，瑞士驻成都总领事馆吸引更多的瑞士企业落户中国的西南地区，让瑞士与中国西南地区在各领域的合作走深走实。

市人大民宗侨外委副主任委员张雪敏、市政府外办一级巡视员唐文、市贸促会副会长邓文年，多国驻渝蓉总领事馆领事官员，我市相关单位代表及在渝瑞士企业代表等百余人参加上述活动。

On July 23， the Swiss Consulate General in Chengdu held the National Day of Switzerland and the 5 Years Anniversary of the Consulate General of Switzerland in Chengdu in the Sinoswiss Technopark （Chongqing Liangjiang） . Du Liming， vice chair of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal People's Congress， was invited to attend and deliver a speech.

In his speech， Du Liming thanked the Swiss Consulate General in Chengdu for its active contributions to Chongqing's construction of an inland open high ground and an international exchange center in Central and Western China. He said that Switzerland is an important country of exchange for Chongqing in Europe. In recent years， under the active promotion of the Swiss Consulate General in Chengdu， Chongqing and Switzerland have engaged in frequent high-level exchanges of visits， economic and trade exchanges， tourism cooperation， education and training， and friendly city exchanges with great results. He said that he welcomes the relevant fields of Switzerland to actively pay attention to Chongqing， integrate into Chongqing， participate in cooperation， and develop hand in hand. Chongqing is willing to strengthen contacts and cooperation with the Swiss Consulate General in Chengdu， further explore new cooperation models， broaden cooperation fields and channels， and jointly promote the two parties' cooperation in technological innovation， economy and trade， finance， logistics， new energy， vocational education， tourism， culture and friendship city exchanges to yield new progresses.

Conny Camenzind， Consul General of Switzerland in Chengdu said in her speech that Switzerland was one of the first Western countries to establish diplomatic relations with China. She hoped that in the context of the friendly diplomatic relations between China and Switzerland， the Consulate General of Switzerland in Chengdu will attract more Swiss companies to settle in Southwest China， deepening and substantiating Switzerland's cooperation with Southwest China in various fields.

Over a hundred persons， including Zhang Xuemin， deputy chairman of the Minority Groups， Region， Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of Chongqing Peoples Congress， Tang Wen， level-I inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Deng Wennian， vice chairman of CCPIT Chongqing Committee， consular officials of the consulates general of many countries in Chongqing， representatives of related units in the city， and Swiss enterprises in Chongqing participated in the above event.
