过去五年,化纤设备新技术研发基本集中在常规纤维提高单位设备产能、集成化、智能化、网络化和节能等方面。传统成套化纤设备技术更为成熟,且稳步向高产推进;设备操作维护更为便捷、人性化设计更為突出;围绕复合纤维对设备进行技术提升;设备的信息化和智能化成为个企业的发展重点,包括生产系统解决方案和数字化工厂等在内的有关智能制造的供应商尤其受到关注;机器人在化纤行业的应用逐渐增多,特别是技能机器人,如化纤长丝落卷(筒)机器人、喷丝板清洁机器人、长丝生产自动生头机器人等,说明智能检测及智能操作将是化纤机械未来发展的重点。

涤纶长丝是纺织工业的重要原料,具有生产流程长、产品品质一致性要求高等特点,传统作业模式主要依靠人工。近年来,劳动力成本快速上升,企业用工成本增加,加上新建工厂位置越来越偏僻,生活配套设施、交通配套设施不足,企业面临招工难题。此外,由人工搬运和码垛造成部分丝饼损坏,人工按级分拣漏误也会造成潜在质量损耗。“缺”(缺员)、“低”(效率低)、“耗”(损耗大)、“散”(管理分散)成为制约化纤行业高质量发展的瓶颈。

10年前,正值行业上一波高峰期的尾声,良好的效益增幅让化纤企业纷纷忙着扩大产能。一方面企业招不到工人,另外一方面扩大产能,又急需工人。在这种情况下,企业开始考虑机器换人解决用工荒问题。

北自所(北京)科技发展有限公司(以下简称“北自科技”)顺应这个潮流,逐渐打造成了由智能自动落丝线、智能自动包装线和智能仓储系统等部份组成的智能物流与仓储系统。据介绍,智能自动落丝线由自动落丝车、辅助转运设备、机器人、设备运行调度和信息管理子系统组成。

2019年,北自所(北京)科技发展有限公司、东华大学、福建百宏聚纤科技实业有限公司、浙江恒逸高新材料有限公司、北京机械工业自动化研究所有限公司等单位联合申报的“化纤长丝卷装作业的全流程智能化与成套技术装备产业化”项目获得2019年度中国纺织工业联合会科学技术奖一等奖,是行业对该技术的充分肯定。该项目首次构建了贯穿化纤长丝制造物流全流程系统,研制了14种高端数字化智能装备,突破了10项关键技术,实现了化纤制造过程物流的自动化、信息化和智能化。

In the past five years, the research and development of new technologies for chemical fiber equipment has basically focused on the improvement of unit equipment capacity, integration, intelligence, networking and energy saving by conventional fiber. The technology of traditional complete set of chemical fiber equipment is more mature, and steadily advancing to high yield; the operation and maintenance of the equipment are more convenient and the humanized design is more prominent; technical upgrading of equipment around composite fiber; information and intelligence of equipment become the focus of the development of enterprises, suppliers related to smart manufacturing, including production system solutions and digital factories, have received particular attention; the application of robots in chemical fiber industry is gradually increasing, especially skilled robots, such as chemical fiber filament doffing robot, spinneret cleaning robot, etc., which indicates that intelligent detection and intelligent operation will be the focus of the future development of chemical fiber machinery.

Polyester filament is an important raw material in the textile industry, which has the characteristics of long production process and high requirements for product quality consistency. The traditional operation mode mainly relies on manual labor. In recent years, the increase of labor costs for enterprises, coupled with the increasingly remote location of new factories, the lack of supporting facilities for living and transportation facilities, enterprises are faced with recruitment problems. In addition, part of the cake is damaged by manual handling and palletizing, and the manual sorting error will also cause potential quality loss. “Lack” (lack of staff), “low” (low efficiency), “consumption” (large loss), and“scattered” (decentralized management) become the bot- tleneck restricting the high quality development of chemical fiber industry.

A decade ago, at the end of a previous peak period in the industry, chemical fiber companies were doing well and expanding capacity, just as labor shortages began to emerge. In this case, enterprises began to consider the replacement of machines to solve the problem of labor shortage.

RIAMB (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd.(RIAMB Technology) is following this trend, and has gradually developed an intelligent logistics and storage system composed of intelligent automatic doffing line, intelligent automatic packaging line and intelligent storage system. According to the introduction, intelligent automatic doffing line is composed of automatic doffing dolly, auxiliary transport equipment, robot, equipment operation scheduling and information management subsystem.

In 2019, RIAMB Technology, Donghua University, Fujian Billion Polymerization Fiber Tech. Ind. Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hengyi High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., RIAMB and other units jointly declared “Whole Process Intellectualization of Chemical Fiber Filament Rewinding Operation and the Industrialization of Complete Sets of Technical Equipment” project won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of China National Textile and Apparel Council in 2019, which is the industrys full affirmation of the technology. For the first time, the project built the whole process system of manufacturing and logistics of chemical fiber filament, developed 14 kinds of high-end digital intelligent equipment, broke through 10 key technologies, and realized the automation, information and intelligence of the manufacturing and logistics of chemical fiber.

Fujian Billion Industrial Holdings Limited

The intelligent logistics system of chemical fiber helped Fujian Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Fujian Billion”) to solve the problems such as the delay of information transmission and logistics lag between chemical fiber production and logistics.
