“您好,快遞到了,麻烦您签收一下。”一大早,顺丰济南阳光分部省体点部的快递员赵德宝便开着他的三轮车,载着满满一车已消毒的快件来到客户家门口。
每天至少上万步,遇到一些没有电梯的老楼房需要爬上五六层,这是赵德宝的工作常态。自2010年4月以来,赵德宝每天至少4次往返快递点接收货物。在装运快件的过程中,当天的配送路线、经过红绿灯的数量、老客户熟悉的面孔便很自然地在他脑海中勾画了出来。
不知不觉间,赵德宝已经工作了10多年。刚开始工作时,赵德宝心里想的是先干5年,攒够钱去创业。然而,多劳多得的奖励机制、每天认真严谨地完成工作的成就感,让他觉得很踏实。早在2012年,在同事平均工资每月3500元左右时,赵德宝的工资已经达到了每月7500元。通过收发快件获得的积分,还可以在顺丰内部积分商城兑换日常生活用品。对赵德宝来说,每个月的积分已经足够满足日常生活的基本需求。
不仅是自己的生活变得蒸蒸日上,赵德宝也见证了快递业的发展:随着电商的日益繁荣,快件量也随之增大,本来2个人跑的区域,现在有30个人跑。赵德宝还介绍了两个朋友来做快递员,他们也干得风生水起。
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发给快递工作增加了难度。疫情出现后,赵德宝是单位里第一批复工的,虽然当时刚过完年,快件并不多,但是消杀工作变得特别严谨,快件、场地每天都会进行2次消杀。赵德宝跟同事更是护目罩、口罩不离身。
今年春节,赵德宝依旧坚守在自己的工作岗位上,不能陪伴家人,多少有些遗憾。但是,每当他把那些来自各地亲朋好友的年货投递到不能回家的客户手中时,他们脸上的笑容,让赵德宝更加体会到了自己工作的意义:通过自己的微薄之力,将“幸福”投递到更多人的手中。
Delivering “Happiness”
Every day, Zhao Debao, a courier of Yangguang Branch, SF Express Jinan, rides a motor tricycle with a cartload of disinfected parcels to provide home delivery service for customers. The number of steps taken is at least 10,000 every day. For some old buildings with no elevators, he has to climb five or six floors. These reflect his normal work state.
Since April 2020, Zhao Debao takes delivery of goods from the express station at least four times a day. He can get more pay for more work done. In this way, his life has become flourishing. After the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, Zhao Debao was the first one to resume work among the employees of his unit. In the period, parcels and sites had to be disinfected twice every day. Moreover, Zhao Debao and his colleagues even needed to wear an eye shield and a mask.
During this Spring Festival, Zhao Debao still remained at his post. He felt somewhat regretful for being unable to spend time with his family. However, whenever he delivered the Spring Festival purchases from customers relatives and friends to customers, their smile made him appreciate the significance of his work. He hopes to do his bit to deliver “Happiness” to more people.
