马克思说过，“每个了解一点历史的人也都知道，没有妇女的酵素就不可能有伟大的社会变革。社会的进步可以用女性的社会地位来精确地衡量……”掀开历史的记忆，从巾帼不让须眉的花木兰，到“那堪客里度春风”的秋瑾，群英璀璨的五千年处处闪耀着女性的光辉。

21世纪的今天，中国女性的风采更是历史最动人的写真，她们自强独立、勇于突破，成为推动中国社会发展和进步的独特力量。特别是面对新冠肺炎疫情的2020年，女性力量大放异彩。2020年10月1日，国家主席习近平在联合国大会纪念北京世界妇女大会25周年高级别会议上，以诗意的语言让世界人民看到了中国女性的力量：“在中国抗击新冠肺炎疫情最紧要的时刻，正是成千上万这样的中国女性，以勇气和辛劳诠释了医者仁心，用担当和奉献换来了山河无恙。”

在齐鲁大地上，也有这么一群不平凡的女性，她们投身改革开放事业，在新时代建功立业，谱写了一曲激情追梦的巾帼之歌，绽放出独特的芳华。她们是与时间赛跑、守护生命的医生和护士，勇敢地与病毒、“病魔”抗争；她们是投身于乡村振兴的“领头羊”，为实现乡村“富强美”贡献力量；她们是英姿飒爽的消防员，用青春和热情为应急救援事业建设谱写出柔美的光彩乐章；她们是扎根教育事业的老师，将一片丹心献给无数学子；她们是政法战线上的风景线，在执法为民的实践中实现着人生价值……科研攻关、脱贫攻坚、工程基建、群防群治、后勤保障，千千万万个“她”在社会各行业各领域，激蕩着梦想和才华，迸发出创新创造的智慧和力量。

迟日江山丽，春风花草香。大地迎来了又一个春天，犹见那一抹巾帼红，在最好的年华与最好的时代同行，为时代明德，为时代发声，以奋斗之姿把春天播撒到每一个角落。

On October 1， 2020， at the High-Level Meeting Commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the World Conference on Women in Beijing of the United Nations General Assembly， President Xi Jinping delivered a poetic speech， and let people around the world see the power of Chinese women：“In China， at the height of the battle against COVID-19， tens of thousands of such Chinese women have put themselves in harms way. Their courage and hard work have shown the very best of the medical profession. Their devotion and sacrifice have kept the nation intact through difficult times.”

On the Land of Shandong， there are a number of extraordinary women， who have devoted themselves to the reform and opening-up， made contributions to the new era， composed a passionate womens song about chasing dreams， and shown their unique youth. In the aspects of scientific research breakthroughs， poverty alleviation， capital works， mass prevention and mass treatment， as well as logistics support， numerous women have shown their dreams and talents in all trades and professions， and unleashed their wisdom and strength in innovation and creation.
