How animals “welcome” their new comers(新伙伴)? Do they become friends or have a fight(打架)? Or they don’t care about new comers?
You can find answers from a new film. It’s Spy in the Wild(《荒野间谍》). It is made by(由……制作) the BBC. It records(记录) the life of wild animals. The team sends 34 robot animals into the wild(野外). Those robot animals are cameras(摄像机). What happens between wild animals and the robot animals?
Not all the animals welcome their “spy friends(间谍朋友)”. Hippos are brave fighters. They are very angry with the new visitor. They surround(包围)the spy hippo. They use their large body and head to hit the spy hippo. They want to protect(守护) their own land(地盘). When the spy doesn’t fight back(还击), they move closer to it.

Fun facts: Hippo stays in water to keep its temperature(温度) down. They are also good swimmers.
Hippos aren’t amphibians(两栖动物). Amphibians are born in water. They can live both on land and in water. Their skin(皮膚)can breathe. Hippos are born on the land. Their skin can’t breathe.
A hornbill(犀鸟) father comes close to the spy hornbill. It feeds(喂) the spy hornbill with food and water carefully. After his child takes the food away from the spy’s bill(喙), it becomes sad.

Prairie dogs(草原犬鼠) always help their family. They show their love by kissing. Prairie dogs love their new friend. They hug(拥抱) the spy prairie dog and kiss him. They are like a family.
