The brand new hotel combines J.Zaos capabilities in product development， supply chains， as well as Wandas capabilities in scenarios and experience building， providing you with a comfortable， convenient and personalized experience. It can also serve as a place for rest， shopping， eating， reading， socializing and shared work. The lobby of the hotel is a “boundaryless” space， in which J.Zaos products covering home furnishing， daily necessities， home appliances and digital products are displayed. Customers can instantly buy J.Zao-branded products by scanning the QR code on the electric toothbrush， hairdryer， massagers and other facilities in the rooms.

JD.com and Wanda have designed 40 J.Zao themed rooms， in which everything from toiletries and wireless chargers to home appliances is all from J.Zao. The JD. smart home service in the room is powered by JD Whale， JDs IoT platform. Customers can easily control devices and services in the room. The two parties will collect feedback from online and offline customers and analyze purchasing behavior in order to continuously improve the users experience and accelerate the upgrading of service models.
