两年前，“我”曾心情非常沮丧，乘飞机去了伯利兹的一个农场从事志愿者活动。在那里，“我”结交了很多朋友，同时也帮助了很多需要帮助的人。

Two years ago， I felt very depressed and flew to Belize to volunteer on a farm. I made a lot of friends， and spent a lot of time trying to 1. （decide on/figure out） who I was.
