“新时代推进西部大开发形成新格局指导意见”发布

5月17日，《中共中央国务院关于新时代推进西部大开发形成新格局的指导意见》正式发布，就加快形成西部大开发新格局，推进西部地区高质量发展，提出了指导意见。其中，重庆作为西部大开发的重要战略支点，迎来了新的发展机遇。《意见》支持重庆打造内陆开放高地和开发开放枢纽，积极实施中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目，鼓励重庆加快建设国际门户枢纽城市。

The guideline on advancing the development of western regions in the new era， issued on May 17， points out the directions for expediting the efforts to make new strides in developing the western regions and to promote high-quality development of the western regions. As the important strategic node of the strategy， Chongqing sees new opportunities for its development. The guideline backs Chongqing to become a leader and hub in inland opening-up and to proactively implement the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity （CCI）， and encourages Chongqing to expedite its efforts to become an international hub.

重慶中德未来工厂研究中心将落户科学城

5月25日，重庆建筑科技职业学院与德国弗劳恩霍夫协会达成合作协议。双方将在虚拟工程和VR沉浸项目领域展开合作，在西部（重庆）科学城建成重庆中德未来工厂研究中心。该校还将进一步加大与以色列等国家的国际合作，助力西部（重庆）科学城建设。

China-Germany （Chongqing） Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute to be set up in the science city

On May 25th， Chongqing Construction Technology Vocational College and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft reached an agreement to carry out a range of virtual engineering and VR immersion projects， including the establishment of China-Germany （Chongqing） Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute at the West China （Chongqing） Science City. The College will further international cooperation with countries including Israel support the development of the science city.

川渝两地贸促会签署战略合作协议

5月15日，重庆市贸促会与四川省贸促会在重庆签署战略合作协议，双方将创新国际贸易投资促进方式，加强经贸交流合作，打造国际化法治化便利化营商环境。根据协议，双方将在推进协同发展、建立工作联动机制、国际商会合作等方面加强交流合作。协同发展主要围绕政策、机制、信息、平台、服务的共享展开。

CCPIT Sichuan and Chongqing signed strategic cooperation agreement

On May 15th CCPIT Chongqing and Sichuan vowed， by concluding a strategic cooperation agreement in Chongqing， to innovate ways of investment promotion and international trade， strengthen economic and trade exchanges and cooperation， and create an international pro-business environment by the rule of law. Both sides are obliged to enhance communication and coordination in fostering balanced development， instituting a collaborative mechanism， and intensifying cooperation with the International Chamber of Commerce （ICC）， with a focus on the sharing of policies， mechanisms， information， platforms and services.

寸滩保税港区4月份跨境电商进口成交订单179万票

5月19日，两江新区消息，近年来，两江新区推动以跨境电商为重点的战略性新兴服务业快速发展，区域内集聚的菜鸟、网易考拉等重点企业业务持续放量。今年4月份，寸滩保税港区跨境电子商务进口成交订单约179万票，约占全市当月进口业务订单量的82.48%。

Import transactions for cross-border e-commerce at Cuntan Free Trade Port Area soars to 1.79 million in April

Liangjiang New Area disclosed， on May 19th， that its endeavor to propel the development of strategic emerging service industry with cross-border e-commerce as its core has enabled the business volume of key enterprises such as CAINIAO and Kaola to remain growing in recent years. In April about 1.79 million import orders of such were fulfilled in the area， or 82.48% of the city's import orders in the same period.

中新互聯互通项目首次投资农业领域

5月18日，中新互联互通金融服务项目—毅鸣·绿雅（黔江）现代农业产业项目签约，新加坡毅鸣投资公司、绿雅现代农业公司将助黔江区建食用菌基地，这是中新互联互通项目首次投资农业领域。项目总投资2.5亿元，将用于在黔江区建设鲜品食用菌基地，年产鲜品食用菌4.5万吨以上，直接提供就业岗位350人以上，将有效带动农户脱贫增收。

CCI makes its first foray into agriculture

The signing of "CMIA Luya （Qianjiang） Modern Agricultural Industry Project" under the aegis of CCI financial connectivity on May 18th will explore new ground for both parties， CMIA Capital Partners and Luya Mdern Agricultural Co Ltd， in assisting Qianjiang District to build a fresh mushroom base， first of this kind for CCI to set foot in agriculture. The project， a total investment of 250 million yuan， is expected to produce 45，000 tons or more of fresh mushrooms yearly and create over 350 jobs directly， effectively lifting farmers out of poverty.

“重庆造”乘用车首次乘专列出口欧洲

德国柏林时间5月8日上午10点30分，一列运载100辆东风风光ix5的中欧班列（渝新欧）缓缓抵达德国不来梅哈芬火车站。这是“重庆造”乘用车首次乘专列批量出口德国，也是首个中国自主汽车品牌通过中欧班列（渝新欧）发往德国的汽车专列，标志着中国汽车品牌向上、“出海升级”取得了新的突破。

"Made in Chongqing" passenger cars exports to Europe for the first time

At 10：30 a.m. on May 8th （Berlin time）， a China-Europe freight train （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe） loaded with 100 sets of Dongfeng SUV ix5 arrived at the Bremen railway station smoothly. The maiden trip of "Made in Chongqing" passenger cars to Germany through the China-Europe train service exemplified a fresh effort of China's automobile brands in moving upward and "going global".

5月14日，北碚区公布“百馆之城”建设计划，准备用5年时间建成“百馆之城”。即在未来5年内，北碚区逐步整合文化资源，初步形成约100处囊括科教类、历史类、艺术类、其它4个大类场馆并存的局面，构建起“1+2+100+X”文化场馆群发展新格局。
