[摘要] 目的 探讨采取启发式临床医学护理带教模式(PCMC)+以问题为基础教学模式(PBL)应用于急诊病房护理带教工作中的效果。方法 选取该院急诊科2016年1月—2019年2月收治的70名在急诊科实习的护理实习生为研究对象,随机分成研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组采取传统带教模式,研究组采取PCMC联合PBL的教学模式,观察两组护理带教效果。结果 护理带教结束后,考核结果显示研究组护理实习生在理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩及考核总成绩上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理实习生对带教工作的总满意率为97.14%,明显高于对照组82.86%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊病房护理带教工作中,采取PCMC联合PBL的护理带教模式,可取得满意的带教效果。

Analysis of Application Value of Heuristic Clinical Medicine and Problem-based Combined Teaching Mode in Nursing Teaching in Emergency Room

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying heuristic clinical medical nursing teaching model (PCMC) + problem-based teaching model (PBL) to nursing teaching in emergency room. Methods Seventy nursing internships in the emergency department of the hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group(n=35) and a control group(n=35). The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the research group adopted the teaching mode of PCMC combined with PBL to observe the effect of nursing teaching. Results After the nursing training, the evaluation results showed that the nursing intern in the research group was significantly higher than the control group in the theoretical knowledge scores, practical operation scores and overall assessment scores(P<0.05); The total satisfaction rate was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 82.86% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing teaching work in the emergency ward, using the PCMC and PBL nursing teaching model can achieve satisfactory teaching results and is worth promoting.

急診科是医院为抢救危重患者的重要场所,然而因该病房患者的病情差异大、病情复杂且家属情绪不稳定,因此对护理需求也非常高,这给急诊护理医护人员造成巨大工作压力[1]。为满足急诊科护理工作需求,进一步提高急诊病房的护理质量,各大医院加大度急诊护理专业人才的的招收与培训,同时针对新进护士及护理实习生还强化护理带教工作,以让护理人员操作更加规范,提高患者对急诊护理服务的满意率[2]。在实际带教过程,近年来该院推广使用启发式临床医学带教模式(PCMC)联合以问题为基础(PBL)的带教模式,2016年1月—2019年2月选取该院急诊科的70名护理实习生为研究对象,就不同带教模式进行研究,实践表明该带教模式取得满意的效果,报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取在该院急诊科实习的70名护理实习生为研究对象,所有的实习生均为女性。按照随机数字表法将研究对象分成以下两组:研究组35名,年龄20~25岁,平均(22.5±1.3)岁;学历:大专学历21名,本科及以上学历14名。对照组35名,年龄20~25岁,平均(21.9±1.5)岁;大专学历20名,本科及以上学历15名。两组护理实习生在年龄及学历等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。具有可比性。
