蚂蚁和蝈蝈（下）

冬天来了，草地枯黄，树上的叶子都掉光了。一片片雪花从天上飘落下来，不一会儿，地上、树上和屋顶上都变成白色的了。蝈蝈和蚂蚁们一起围坐在火炉边，一边促膝谈心，一边享受着夏天储存的美食。

蚁后：夏天的时候，你和大家讲述了“动词加后缀，变名词”。这次，我来给大伙儿讲讲“动词加后缀，变形容词”。以后缀“-ful”为例：

1. help-helpful（乐于助人的）

She is a helpful girl. She often helps others.

她是个乐于助人的女孩。她经常帮助其他人。

2. care-careful（小心的）

（1）Take care！ 小心！

（2）Be careful！ 小心！

3. use-useful（有用的）

（1）We use mobile phones to call people.

我们用手机打电话。

（2）English is a useful language.

英語是一种有用的语言。

4. cheer-cheerful（高兴的）

（1）Let’s cheer together！ 让我们一起欢呼吧！

（2）He is a cheerful man. 他是一个开朗的人。

5. thank-thankful（感谢的）

（1）Thank you very much for your call. 非常感谢您的来电。

（2）I was so thankful for his support. 我对他的支持非常感谢。

6. forget-forgetful（健忘的）

（1）She never forgets her daddy’s birthday.

她从来不会忘记老爸的生日。

（2）She is a forgetful girl. 她是个健忘的女孩。

蝈蝈：还有动词加后缀“-ing”“-ed”构成形容词的哦！如：

1. excite-exciting（令人兴奋的）-excited（兴奋的）

（1）That was an exciting football match.

那是一场令人激动的足球比赛。

（2）Sam was excited about the fashion show.

萨姆激动于这场时尚演出。

2. interest-interesting（有趣的）-interested（感兴趣的）

（1）What an interesting film！多么有趣的一部电影啊！

（2）Tony is interested in playing football.

托尼对踢足球很感兴趣。

3. bore-boring（无趣的）-bored（感到无聊的）

（1）This party is so boring. 这个派对太无聊。

（2）He is never bored with teaching. 他对教学工作从不感到厌烦。

蚁后：常见的形容词后缀，还有“-ous”“-able”“-less”等。如：

（1）danger-dangerous（危险的）， humor-humorous（幽默的）

（2）fashion-fashionable（时尚的）， reason-reasonable（合理的）

（3）home-homeless（无家可归的）， hope-hopeless（无望的）

雄蚁：你们说的都是“后缀”，有“前缀”吗？

蝈蝈：当然！我最熟悉的“否定词前缀”有“un-”“dis-”“im-”“in-”，如：

1. happy 快乐的;unhappy不快乐的

lucky 幸运的;unlucky 不幸的

kind和蔼的;unkind不亲切的

2. like喜欢;dislike不喜欢

honest 诚实的;dishonest不诚实的

appear出现;disappear消失

3. polite有礼貌的;impolite无礼的，粗鲁的

patient有耐心的;impatient焦躁的，不耐烦的

possible 可能的;impossible不可能的

4. correct 正确的;incorrect不正确的
