My mother’s birthday is on the twenty-seventh of July. It is a very important day for me because my mother gave me life on that day. I want to say thanks to her. On her birthday，I always give her a present.

This year，I bought a pair of shoes to my mother on her birthday. They were very beautiful. They fit her well. My mother ran back and forth（跑來跑去）like a little girl in her new shoes. I was happy because my mother liked them very much.

In the evening，my family and I went to a restaurant and had a big dinner. My brother bought a big round cake for her. We put some candles on it and sang Happy Birthday to You to my mother. She was moved.
