Sports Meeting

Every year， our school holds a sports meeting in May. It can bring us not only wonderful games， but also a lot of unforgettable memories. Usually， our schools sports meeting lasts three days， during which we have no classes. All the students go to the playground to watch games. Most of the students of our school are very excited and call out “come on， come on” to the players. The part I like best is the 1，000-meter run. As the 1，000-meter run goes on， our excitement grows. The most exciting moment is when the players are getting to the finishing line. In order to get the first place， the players are going all out to the finishing line， for it is considered as the symbol of success for any sportsman. We cannot tell who the winner is until the last minute.

In fact， sports meeting brings us so many beautiful memories every year.

運动会

每年五月，我们学校都会举行运动会。它不仅能给我们带来精彩的比赛，也能带来许多难忘的回忆。通常，我们的校运动会持续三天，期间我们不上课。所有的学生都去操场观看比赛。学校大部分学生都兴奋不已，对着运动员高喊“加油、加油”。我最喜欢的比赛项目是1000米长跑。随着1000米长跑比赛的进行，我们的激情也在增加。最令人激动的时刻是运动员们接近终点线的时候。为了争得第一，选手们全力以赴冲向终点，因为那对所有运动员来说是成功的象征。只有到最后一刻，人们才知道获胜者是谁。

事实上，每年运动会都会带给我们许多美好的回忆。
