Thinking on Practical Teaching System of Logistics Management Specialty Based on Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract:Production-teaching integration is one of the innovative and efficient teaching concepts in the teaching process of most majors of higher vocational education institutions,mainly refers to higher vocational education colleges actively cooperate with employers,industries and institutions in the society according to the situation of major allocation in the school,so as to get in touch with each other and realize the development of the combination of teaching and industrial development and achieve the teaching goal of improving teaching effect and teaching quality.Modern apprenticeship logistics management professional practice teaching system aims to cultivate students' practical ability and professional quality,promote the improvement of teaching level of logistics management,change the single,fixed and boring teaching mode in the teaching process of logistics management in traditional higher vocational education,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and interest,cultivate students'problem-solving ability,and guide students into the real work position to practice,so as to achieve zero-distance employment.In order to analyze the practical teaching measures of modern apprenticeship in logistics management of higher vocational education based on the integration of production and education,this paper explores the current situation of logistics management in higher vocational education and the teaching characteristics of modern apprenticeship.

I.Present Situation Analysis of Logistics Management in Higher Vocational Education

Due to the influence of the traditional teaching management system and the limitation of teaching concept,there are many problems and loopholes in the teaching process of logistics management major in the current higher vocational education,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects.

(i)The Teaching Method Implemented by Teachers in Class is Relatively Single and Boring

Most teachers majoring in logistics management in higher vocational education institutions are influenced by the traditional teaching management system and teaching philosophy in the teaching process,and are accustomed to adopting the teaching method based on self-explanation by teachers,ignoring the cultivation of students' independent learning ability and independent inquiry ability[1].This kind of traditional teaching mode is contrary to the teaching goal of logistics management major in higher vocational education colleges at present,which is unable to train students'professional quality and professional practice ability.Most teachers fail to update and optimize their teaching strategies in the process of classroom teaching,and only in the stage of students' internship can they implement the teaching form of school-enterprise cooperation,in addition,students lack the opportunity to think independently and explore deeply the relevant knowledge of logistics management in the process of classroom learning.As a result,students develop the habit of relying on the teacher's explanation,which is not conducive to the improvement of students'learning efficiency.

(ii)Logistics Management Major Related Teaching Content Cannot Keep Up with the Development of the Times

The logistics management major of higher vocational education at the present stage presents a rapid development trend with the passage of time,many concepts and management modes related to logistics management change rapidly.Some knowledge points of logistics management in textbooks are outdated,which leads to the mismatch between theoretical knowledge and practical operation needs of students,as time goes by,students' learning enthusiasm decreases and they lack interest in learning.In addition,in the teaching process of logistics management major in higher vocational education colleges,teachers pay too much attention to the theoretical knowledge in textbooks and neglect the teaching of students' job transfer and entrepreneurship,career planning and project approval,the content and knowledge that students learn in class cannot meet the needs of market development and the lifelong development of professional talents.The knowledge related to logistics management fails to keep up with the development of the times,which is not conducive to students' learning of professional knowledge and skills and affects their comprehensive development.

(iii)Teachers Failed to Give Full Play to the Advantages of Information Technology

In the teaching process of logistics management major in higher vocational education institutions,teachers fail to give full play to the advantages of information technology level to carry out the corresponding case analysis teaching,logistics topic discussion teaching and multimedia information teaching,so that students cannot acquire the newest knowledge of logistics management major,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and the optimization of learning mode.Therefore,in the teaching process of logistics major in higher vocational education,it is particularly important to implement the corresponding modern apprenticeship teaching practice based on the integration of production and teaching.

II.Analysis on the Teaching Characteristics of Modern Apprenticeship

Modern apprenticeship has certain characteristics in the application process,which is mainly manifested as the need for a certain institutional guarantee as the premise.In the implementation of modern apprenticeship in western countries,clear policies,laws and institutional support are needed to carry out the corresponding modern apprenticeship teaching,however,there are differences in teaching management system,background and other patterns of manifestation between China and western countries in the process of development.It is required to carry out the corresponding modern apprenticeship teaching on the basis of a certain management system.Modern apprenticeship teaching requires the combination of recruitment of employers and enrollment of schools.Local education departments should provide relatively preferential enrollment policies and support means for such higher vocational education institutions,so as to realize the system guarantee related to interests[2].In addition,it is also necessary to carry out teaching on the basis of dual legal identity.Students belong to the identity of students when attending classes at school and the identity of apprentices when studying in the employer.Only on the basis of obtaining dual identity can modern apprenticeship teaching be carried out.Modern apprenticeship is a student-oriented teaching method,it attaches more importance to the improvement of talent training quality and the cultivation of students' professional skills.Take the professional quality improvement of students and apprentices,personal development and self-realization as the teaching objectives,according to the needs of students and apprentices,personal development needs to carry out the corresponding teaching work.Modern apprenticeship system is an innovative talent training mode based on foreign teaching experience.It takes students and employers as the important subjects and combines the advantages of schools and employers to realize the integration of production and teaching.The school is the basic guarantee for the practice of the employer,and the employer is an important place for the expansion of the school's knowledge and skills.

III.Practical Teaching

(i)Expanding the Training Base Inside and Outside the School,Optimizing the Teaching Team

In the teaching process of modern apprenticeship teaching of logistics major in higher vocational education colleges,we should also attach importance to the creation of corresponding training bases in cooperative employers both inside and outside the school,guide students to actively integrate,study and practice more advanced equipment and information in logistics management,expand the training base,and realize the teaching advantage of resource sharing among universities,laying a foundation for the construction of logistics management major in higher vocational education institutions.Moreover,under the mode of modern apprenticeship teaching,it is impossible for higher vocational education institutions to meet students' learning needs by relying solely on their own teaching level and faculty,in the process of modern apprenticeship teaching,professional teaching teams should be developed and built so that logistics management in higher vocational education can integrate excellent logistics masters from various employers on the basis of having specialized logistics teaching teachers in colleges and universities,so as to realize the unified development of theoretical knowledge learning and practical skills training.Guide students to achieve the integration of learning and engineering in the process of learning logistics professional teaching team,give full play to the teaching advantages of the teaching team,help students fully understand the theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to logistics management,enhance the relationship between employers and schools,and promote the improvement of the teaching level and teaching efficiency of logistics management major in higher vocational education institutions.

(ii)Removing the Dual Identity of the Apprentice,Improving the Enthusiasm of Modern Apprenticeship Teaching

The enthusiasm that employer participates in modern apprenticeship teaching should be aroused through all sorts of means.Relevant laws and policies require employers must participate in modern apprenticeship teaching in some form in the management process,employers cannot choose their own participation,but the extent of participation in modern apprenticeships can be determined by themselves[3].Starting with the enrollment system of modern apprenticeship system,an institution combining recruitment of employers and recruitment of colleges and universities in higher vocational education institutions should be constructed according to the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system and teaching needs,so as to realize the principle of integration of recruitment.The identity of students and apprentices can be defined by signing agreements with employers,schools and students to provide corresponding posts and welfare benefits for apprentices,which will be supervised by higher vocational education institutions throughout the whole process,so as to improve the effectiveness and legality of modern apprenticeship management.In addition,employers should decide whether employers need to train corresponding talents through participating in modern apprenticeship in the process of operation and development according to their own development needs and talent needs,in addition,investment risks such as the return on human resources and social returns,the apprentices'active job-hopping and being poached were taken into consideration in the process of participation.Faced with this phenomenon,the relevant government should motivate employers’enthusiasm to participate in modern apprenticeship by implementing various forms of incentives,such as tax exemptions and subsidies,so as to promote employers to improve their own benefits in the process of choosing modern apprenticeship.

(iii)According to the Teaching Goal of Modern Apprenticeship,the Course Teaching System of Logistics Management is Reconstructed

In the teaching process of logistics management major in higher vocational education,teachers should improve the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching by rebuilding the teaching system of specialized courses under the guidance of modern apprenticeship based on the teaching concept of production-teaching integration.In rebuilding the course teaching system,in accordance with the principles of the modern apprenticeship system,such as development,occupation and practice,combined with students' learning level,higher vocational education logistics management teaching status and students' learning needs to innovate and optimize.The course time of theoretical knowledge and practical skills training in logistics management major of higher vocational education should be re-planned,the teaching mode combining theory and practice should be implemented,and the research activities of employers should be properly integrated into the learning process of relevant theoretical knowledge.In the process of practical training,it is required to train students' practical operation ability.After learning certain theoretical knowledge,it is required to design corresponding comprehensive practical training links to guide students to realize the importance of combining theoretical knowledge learning with practical skills training.Through scientific and reasonable reconstruction of the curriculum teaching system of logistics management major in higher vocational education colleges,achieve the goal of reasonable arrangement of teaching content,optimize the classroom teaching structure,and lay a solid foundation for modern apprenticeship teaching.

IV.Conclusion

In the teaching process of logistics management major in higher vocational education institutions,diversified approaches of modern apprenticeship teaching should be adopted on the basis of industry-teaching integration,such as according to the modern apprenticeship teaching goal to build a logistics management professional course teaching system,remove the dual status of the apprentice,adopt diversified and innovative teaching mode and extend the face-to-face training base,optimize the teaching team and other measures to promote the innovation of combining teaching practice of higher vocational education colleges and universities logistics management professional teaching standards and the improvement of teaching quality,provide full-service professional talents for the development of the society and the progress of employing units.
