背锅与甩锅（双语加油站）

“背锅”或“背黑锅”的意思是“代人受过”， 英语译为to take the blame for the fault of others， to take the fall for sb/sth。例如：

1. 他要对他自己犯的错误负责。你不可替他背锅。He should accept the responsibility for the mistake he has made by himself. You mustn't take the blame for his fault.

2. 这个公司的首席执行官要营销团队的一名次要成员为他们的经营失误背黑锅。The CEO of the company asked an inferior member of its marketing team to take the fall for their mistake in business.

“甩锅”的意思是“推卸责任，让人受过”。英语名词译为blame shift，动词译为to shift the blame on others, to shift the blame to other shoulders。例如：3. 这位老人说，“甩锅绝不是度过困难的良方。”The old man said，“Blame shift is by no means the remedy to weather any difficulty.”

4. 每当他犯错误时，他总是环顾四周找人甩锅。Every time when he makes a mistakes, he always looks around for somebody to shift the blame onto.▲
