CDC is pleased to announce the appointment of dr. Richard Leroux to our Editorial Board. He has accepted invitations to serve on the Editorial Board of CDC effective January 1,2018. Editorial Board Members are invited based on several criteria, including being a frequent contributor and reviewer for the journal. duties of Editorial Board members include active support of the journal’s editorial functions, i.e., reviewing manuscripts, encouraging submissions to CDC, creative input,and participation in the annual Editorial Board meetings.
Dr. Richard Leroux received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry at University of Rouen France in 2000, now he is the scientific and technology specialist in the company of SEDERMA, France. His main tasks are to develop and implement research programs with worldwide customers, and doing technological presentation for actives elaboration and evaluation (in vitro and in vivo), and being responsible for the scientific communication in congress. He has a 20-years of experience in chemistry for cosmetic industry. During June 2000 to December 2015, he served as the chemistry laboratory manager for developing and implementing programs for research projects while setting targets and priorities for strategic requirements,and producing small chemical library synthesis programs for internal or external research projects. He was also in charge of identifying through research, best synthetic routes for various molecule from milligram for research to gram for development, and supervising a research team on various research projects while coordinating with other division staff to evaluate the activity for products still under development, and supporting other division staff for specific analysis or regulatory issues.
