The promotion of the administrative process and the realization of the administrative effect depend on the interaction between the administrative subject and the object. As the internal guidance of the behavior, the personality affects the interactive quality of the administrative subject and the object. Different administrative systems require and shape different types of administrative personality, while different social conditions require and shape different types of individual personality. The matching and matching degree of the two personalities affects the implementation of the administrative effect. The personality is stable and independent, so the speed of transformation may lag behind or ahead of the political and economic social system. The administrative personality and individual persona-lity may not match the system. Additionally, the system itself is imperfect, so there is a definite defect in the administrative personality and individual personality. Therefore, the interactive dislocation occurs between the two personalities, which leads to the administrative failure.

The international trade circle is an important form of international trade regionalization. Under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative”, the new international trade circle is speeding up to form in China. Chongqing International Trade Circle has its unique connotation. Based on combing the basic category of the Chongqing International Trade Circle and focusing on the open development of the “13th Five-Year” plan of Chongqing, this paper puts forward the spatial planning and implementation strategy for Chongqing international trade circle.

MingChengXinXiaoWeiFangXian’Epitaphis unearthed in Zhouqu County, Gansu Province. It is the only relatively well-preserved epitaph of Ming Dynasty unearthed in this area. The epitaph recorded not only the early migration of the Fang Family in Zhouqu, but also some important deeds of the tomb owner and his eldest son. The discovery of this epitaph not only makes up for the deficiency of local chronicle, but also largely confirms the related records in the official history, so it has important literature value. This paper records the whole epitaphs, and gives a brief explanation about the related issues.

TheDancingGirlofIzuis one of the Japanese literature classics. This paper selects the two translation versions of YE Weiqu and LIN Shaohua to analyze. From the aspects of three translation skills — reverse and literal method, division and combination method, and amplification and omission method, this paper selects some specific examples to explore and appreciate the unique translation skills and high levels of the two translators. It is helpful to better appreciate and compare the unique beauty of the translated text and the original text.

To study the relationship between literary studies and regions, there sets the academic proposition on the research of regional culture and literature. The interdisciplinary recognition of the relationship between literary research and regions is the representation of the “regional culture and literature” academic research going into the world and practically accepting the value orientation of cultural anthropology. How does literary research “restore the literary life and root”? Different literary geographical knowledge genealogies give us different suggestions. The interpretation of “LIANG Shangquan’s creation mystery” may explains that by drawing lessons from the literary geographical principles of cultural anthropology, the literary research of regional culture may continue to open up a new world.

The Home Instruction Program for Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is a family guidance project for preschool children, and a family-based early education intervention project. Since its birth in Israel, the HIPPY project has been developed in many countries. In order to improve children’s educational environment and quality, the United States introduced the HIPPY project. According to the results of various investigations, the HIPPY project can greatly improve both children’s growth and parents’ educational ability. It will bring new inspiration to the family education of preschool children in China.

In Ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching, taking MOOC as an auxiliary method will help broaden the teaching approach and innovative the teaching methods. It is also helpful to inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of students, which has an important role in improving the political theoretical accomplishment of college students and fostering students to form good moral characters. Under the background of MOOC, the college ideological and political theory teaching should reform and innovate from six aspects: tamping teachers’ political accomplishment, improving teaching skill level, transforming teaching idea, and so on.
