The development of enterprise philanthropy results in a“Impact investment”，whose essence is through economic investment to do philanthropy.With an increasingly blurred boundary between commerce and philanthropy，the traditional philanthropic ethics is faced with new challenges，and the reflection on the relationship between utility and philanthropy is necessary. Philanthropy means not only taking an active part in charity activities but also achieving a great result by doing so.Philanthropic motives should be classified into different arrangements.In charity activities，more emphasis shuold be put on their efficiency.If utility of charity activities are excessively pursued，philanthropy will inevitably lose its meaning.Philanthropy must be guided and standardized by both the law and morality.

Filial Piety is the core and basis of the ethical and moral culture in traditional China.But with the profound changes of social life and people’s ideas and thoughts，Filial Piety in contemporary China is faced with a lot of questions and challenges. Specifically，these questions and challenges mainly include the following aspects：Firstly，because of the disintegration of traditional world view and profound changes of people’s life experience and self-understanding，People’s mind keeps a mutually external relation with the Filial Piety in fact.Secondly，because of profound changes of family structures and family lifestyles，the environment，conditions and atmosphere conducive to cultivating consciousness of Filial Piety are reduced increasingly.Thirdly，the quickly updating of knowledge，skill，information，lifestyles and ideology keep increasingly making the distance，gap and conflict between generations objectively,which makes it difficult to practice Filial Piety to a large extent in fact.Lastly，because of the rising of living cost，the increasing of pressure of competition and lack of life significance，not only is the cost of practice of Filial Piety increasing，but also People’s consciousness of Filial Piety is weakened increasingly.Only some critical analyses are given to these aspects above，can we effectively cope with the questions and challenges that Filial Piety is faced in contemporary China，and then can effectively nurture and enhance People’s consciousness of Filial Piety and People’s practice of Filial Piety.

Truth and Transcendence——Turning the Table on the Liar Paradox

Traditional conception of truth suggests that confrontation of the Liar Paradox is a prerequisite for developing a theory of truth. But material content is more important than formal consistency.Substantive theory of truth has the following features：a substantivist orientation，a foundational-holistic methodology and a focus on the cognitive-epistemic role of truth.Immanence thesis is one of the material principles of truth，which has three sub-principles：immanence，transcendence and normativity.The equivalence principle is constrained and the Liar Paradox is banned by the immanence thesis.Tarski’s and Kripke’s solutions to the Liar Paradox are reconsidered in terms of the immanence-transcendence complementarity.

On the Jing-Shi-Ci-Zhang Courses and the Testing System of Traditional Chinese Academy during the Qing Dynasty（1801—1904）

Examinations of Confucian classics，historiography and literature in academies of late Qing dynasty included two categories. One was additional examinations in academies teaching stereotyped writing，the other was special examinations in academies teaching ancient knowledge.The purpose of examinations was to call for ethos of reading and to avoid being caught in stereotyped training.Meanwhile，there were a lot of contact between Confucian classics，historiography，literature and imperial examinations. Emphases of different academic examinations are different to some extent，and focused mainly on stylistic distinction，distinguishing literary form from advocating antique.“Simplicity，authenticity，elegance and correctness”were the marking criteria of stereotyped writing，and examinations of Confucian classics，historiography and literature were nearly close to it，which indicated that academics，literature and imperial examinations were accordant in academies.For more than 100 years from 1801，stereotyped writing and poetry，Confucian classics，historiography and literature，new learning and western learning coexisted in academies.Futility and practicality，tradition and revolution，were the universal subjects and anxiety of academies.And therefore the contents of examinations were full of varieties.

As the bridge from the form of beauty in Kant’s thoughts to free personality（rational individual），modern art——the art of beauty pushed to the ultimate position from the intermediary by the aesthetes——has become their own profession and the only pursuit of being of aesthetes.The change was born from the form of beauty acted as the object，and the relatively independent tendency，and was derived from the theoretical proposition and shape of body written.From then on，modern art has been the life blueprint and the guidelines for some art pioneers in Paris and London who challenged modern rationality and secular moral ethics，which violated Kant’s original intention.And the guideline has become their label even their self-sale esotericas for they could maintain the perceptual condition in the secular world.The pursuit has echoed among other artists of their corresponding period and the bohemians in the following generation.

Study on the Thematic Idealism of Young Karl Marx’s Poem Writing

K.Marx was deeply influenced by I.Kant and J.G.Fichte’s idealism when he was engaged in poetry creation，which resulted in the opposition between what was deserved and what was available in his poetry.He expressed the purity and faithfulness of love and praised F.V.Yan Ni’s beauty and kindness，while he did not realize that love would not exist without pots and pans.He hated injustice like poison and criticized Germany society fiercely.Meanwhile，he also provided deep sympathy towards vulnerable groups. While in his poetry，he preferred to express emotional catharsis rather than rational thinking，to phenomenon description rather than essential reflection.He was full of passion，high morale and hope，and was long for the future.He also expressed his determination and confidence in seeking happiness and creating future for human beings.However，he did not have a clear answer about what was right on earth.He was dissatisfied with reality，but he could not transcend reality.Therefore，the only way that he could transcend reality was through his poetry and imagination.As a result，idealism had become the main melody in Marx’s poetry.

Crime of manipulating securities market is a serious case of securities crime，which has a severe hazard to the healthy development of Chinese securities market.Thus they are always the combating focus of securities regulatory authorities and the judiciary.But in practice，the investigating authorities often encounter many difficulties in handling securities market crimes，which makes them fall into a passive state，such as the difficulties to discover case clues，to collect evidence and to identify crime.Of course，The reasons for these detection difficulties are multifaceted，including factors of Chinese securities market，the manipulating actors，the investigating authorities and the imperfection of the relevant legal system.The investigating authorities should，in the light of their own actual situation，explore the countermeasures from various aspects，such as improving the mechanism of case clue discovery and expanding the source of the cases;strengthening the investigation consciousness of the investigators and improving their professional quality;determining the investigation route according to the characteristics of the cases;constantly improving the investigation measures and taking a variety of means of investigation and so on.

Methodological Analysis on the Moral Education of Neo-Confucianism in the Song-Ming Dynasties and Its Modern Significance

Neo-Confucianism is the reconstruct of Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties，and the moral education theory of Neo-Confucianism has presented its unique meaning in the process of traditional Chinese moral education development.It explains the necessity and possibility of moral education in virtue of the theory of human nature character of nature and character of human，revives the idea of ti-yong yiyuan，xian-wei wujian”（Substance and function sharing the same origin，and the apparent and the subtle being inseparable），demonstrates the rationality and eternity of moral and ethical system cored on Three Cardinal Guides and Five Constant Virtues，creates the doctrine of Man's Spiritual Mentality Consists of Sense and Sensibility，publicizes the initiative of moral subject，so as to establish the ontology，the theory of human nature and the subject theory of moral education，with a methodological innovation that keep pace with the times.Today's moral education is deficient in foundation，with obvious utilitarianism，ambiguous purpose and the core content under suspicion.For the rootlessness of today’s moral education，we should inherit Neo-Confucianism in the abstract sense.
