FT: China’s Working Population to Account for 12% of Global Spending

英国《金融时报》称，到2030年，全世界消费的每1美元中就会有12美分是由中国的劳动年龄人口所贡献的，他们届时将像西方的婴儿潮一代人在全盛时期那样改变全球经济的格局。英国《金融时报》网站报道，美国麦肯锡全球研究所称，到2030年，中国劳动年龄人口的年消费额将从2015年的2.5万亿美元增长到6.7万亿美元。该研究所说：“这些消费者的收入目前正处于临界值，此后用于购买服务的消费支出将激增。”麦肯锡预计，在此推动下，中国城市地区劳动年龄人口的人均消费额将以5.4%的复合年增长率扩张，从而使人均支出从目前的4800美元增长到2030年的1.07万美元。

Financial Times reported that China’s working age population will account for 12% of global consumption by 2030. McKinsey Global Institute recently reported that China’s working population’s consumption will increase from $2.5 trillion in 2015 to $6.7 trillion in 2030. “These consumers are now reaching income thresholds at which spending on services takes off rapidly.” said McKinsey GI. By 2030, the Chinese working population will account for 12 cents of every dollar spent worldwide. McKinsey predicts that per capita spending in urban areas by China’s working population will increase at a compound annual growth rate of 5.4%, which means that per capita spending would increase from $4,800 in 2016 to $10,700 in 2030.

Shanghai to Make City Even More Electric Car-Friendly

上海规划至2020年，全市充电桩运营服务规模超过 21万个，可基本满足26万新能源汽车的充电服务需求。据上海市交通委介绍，截至2015 年底，全市已建各种充电桩共计2.17 万个。规划要求，至2020年，全市充电桩运营服务规模超过 21万个，基本满足26万新能源汽车的充电服务需求。其中，公务、租赁、私人小客车自、专用充电桩不少于 17.5 万个，公共充电桩不少于 2.8 万个，公交、物流、环卫、客车专用充电桩不少于0.77 万个。

Shanghai plans to increase the number of charging stations for electric vehicles in the city to more than 210,000 by 2020. It is predicted that the city will have 260,000 electric vehicles by the same year. At the end of 2015, Shanghai had constructed 21,700 charging stations. The city plans to construct thousands of new charging stations by 2020. Among the new stations, 175,000 will be designated for private rental by businesses or individuals. 28,000 will be public charging stations, and 7,700 will be used for public transportation and public works vehicles.

Israel and China Announce New 10 Year Visa Program

以色列驻中国大使馆发布信息称，中国和以色列已于3月29日签署10年多次往返签证协议，海南航空公司将开通中国——以色列直飞航班。以色列与中国已达成新的双边签证合作意向，以色列将给予商务或旅游为目的的中国公民颁发10年多次往返签证，中国也将给予以色列公民对等待遇。近3年来中国前往以色列旅游的人数逐年递增，并每年保持着超过30%的增长势头。2015年中国赴以色列旅游人数为4.74万人次，与2014年相比增幅达43%。

The Israeli Embassy in China announced that China and Israel have signed a 10 year multiple entry visa agreement on March 29th . Hainan Airlines will launch direct flights from Israel to China. Israeli citizens will be able to obtain 10-year multiple entry visas for business or tourism to China. Chinese citizens will be able receive the same to Israel. Israel’s Ministry of Tourism reported that Chinese tourism to Israel has increased annually by more than 30% in the past three years.
