通过整理广西师范大学馆藏标本与查阅文献，共记录广西目昆虫75种，隶属于5科28属。物种按Brock(2011)的新分类系统分科排列，同科物种按学名字母顺序排列。原来长角枝亚科Necrosciinae中的大部分属与短角棒亚科Pachymorphinae中的一部分属从异科Heteronemiidae移至笛科Diapheromeridae，短角棒亚科Pachymorphinae中的一部分属与长角棒亚科Lonchodinae中的大部分属从异科移至科Phasmatidae。笛科与科包含了中国目的大部分种类，异科目前在中国没有记录。根据期刊的实际出版时间将3个物种的发表时间修正如下：花坪长棒Lonchodeshuapingensis(Bi & Li, 1992)、长臀薇Pachyscialongicauda(Bi, 1992)与梵净山副华枝Parasinophasmafanjingshanense(Chen & He, 2006)。对部分物种的学名变动作了简要讨论。

陈树椿和何允恒(2000a)依据广西龙州弄岗标本描述斑角阿异属AruanoideamaculataChen & He，Otte和Brock(2005)、陈树椿和何允恒(2008)将其移至角臀属Necroscia，Ho(2013c)将其作为Necrosciamulticolor(Redtenbacher, 1908)的次异名。

陈树椿和何允恒(1987)根据广西桂林雁山标本首次报道了该种在中国的分布，后来又认为这些标本属于冠花刺背Paracentemastephanus(陈树椿和何允恒，2008)。Ho(2012a)认为陈树椿等研究的标本中仅有广西标本属于冠花刺背，其它地区的标本应该是广东新棘Neohiraseaguangdongensis、香港新棘Neohiraseahongkongensis或日本新棘Neohiraseajaponica；该种目前在广西没有确切的分布记录，但有可能分布在广西东部地区。

陈树椿和何允恒(2004，2008)作为中国新记录种报道了优刺异Oxyarteshonestus在广西十万大山的分布。优刺异是该种的次异名(Dohrn H，1910；Hennemannetal., 2008)。

陈树椿和何允恒(2008)将该种的发表时间引证为2005。因《梵净山景观昆虫》一书的实际出版时间是2006年4月(陈树椿等，2006)，此处将该种的发表时间修正为“2006”。

陈树椿和何允恒(2000a)依据广西龙州标本描述了龙州蔷Asceleslongzhouensis。陈树椿和何允恒(2008)将其作为棉管的次异名处理，但未标注是新异名，也未给出合并的形态学证据。

该种发表时归于于Datames属(毕道英和黎天山，1994)，Zompro(2004)将其移入Dares属。因Datames属是瘤属Pylaemenes的次异名(Hennemann，1998)及Brock和Okada(2005)将其移至瘤属，陈树椿和何允恒(2008)也将其作为新组合归于瘤属。Brock和Okada(2005)报道了该种在日本的分布记录，但Ho(2013e)认为该种在日本、台湾及海南(陈树椿等，2002)的分布属于鉴定错误(台湾及日本标本属于PylaemenesshirakiiHo & Brock，2013，海南标本属于冠琼HainanphasmacristataHo，2013)，并报道了该种在越南的分布。

A total of 75 species of Phasmida insects belonging to 5 families and 28 genera are recorded from Guangxi, China, as a result of identification of specimens deposited in the insect collection of Guangxi Normal University and review of relative literatures. Species are arranged in families according to the Brock system(2011), and listed alphabetically within each family. Most genera formerly assigned in Necrosciinae and a portion in Pachymorphinae have been transferred from Heteronemiidae to Diapheromeridae, a portion in Pachymorphinae and most in Lonchodinae have been transferred from Heteronemiidae to Phasmatidae. Diapheromeridae and Phasmatidae contain most species of Phasmida from China and no species of Heteronemiidae has been founded in China so far. The publishing dates of 3 species are amended as below according to the actual dates when the magzines were published:Lonchodeshuapingensis(Bi & Li,1992),Pachyscialongicauda(Bi,1992) andParasinophasmafanjingshanenseChen & He, 2006.Brief remarks were presented for species with nomenclatural changes.
