《城市轨道交通建设项目档案工作手册》出版发行

近日，吉伟等同志根据长期重点工程档案管理实践编写的《城市轨道交通建设项目档案工作手册》，由中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。该书受到欧阳旭明等审核专家的高度评价，认为该书的出版对于提高我国城市轨道交通项目档案管理水平具有积极意义。

该书从实用的角度出发，采用“手册”的形式，阐述了城市轨道交通建设项目档案管理的意义；界定了相关名词术语的含义；明确了包括建设单位、勘察设计单位、监理单位、施工单位等参建单位在档案工作中的职责；论述了项目文件的形成、积累、整理、归档，项目档案的收集、整理、保管、利用，以及项目档案数字化、项目档案验收移交的要求及具体方法。尤其是案例部分，为建设过程中各类文件的收集、整理组卷、卷内目录编制及文件题名的拟写、案卷封面的编制及案卷题名的拟写提供了翔实的案例并作了说明。全书内容全面、系统，贴近项目档案工作的实际，可操作性强，不仅是近年来档案学研究成果中围绕新门类档案管理研究的力作，而且是档案人员不可多得的一本好教材、好工具书。
