《中国海洋法学评论》有奖征文比赛
菲律宾政府于2013年1月22日递交了一份外交照会给中国驻菲大使馆,启动了对中国的强制仲裁。2016年7月12日,中菲南海仲裁案的仲裁庭发布了有利于菲律宾的最终裁决,南海局势风云再起。此次有奖征文活动即以批判南海仲裁案为主。
1.征文要求
中英文来稿均可,篇幅中文不少于5000字,英文不少于3500字。文章须符合学术规范,有作者自己独特的观点。所有征文需在2017年4月1日之前提交至邮箱colr@xmu.edu.cn。
2.征文对象
此次活动面向海内外所有的在校学生,包括本科生和硕博士研究生。
3.评选流程
《中国海洋法学评论》编辑部将对所有来稿进行初审,并邀请3~5名国际海洋法领域专家组成评委会,对通过初审的所有稿件进行匿名评审,确定最终获奖作品。
4.奖励事宜
此次征文活动设一等奖1名,奖金3000元,二等奖1名,奖金2000元,三等奖1名,奖金1000元。
所有获奖作者,除证书和奖金外,均可免费参加2017年“马可·波罗—郑和高等研究班”。
所有获奖论文本刋将享有第一刊登权,并共享著作权。

COLR Open Submission Contest
The Philippine government initiated a compulsory arbitration against China by delivering a note verbale to the Chinese embassy in Manila on 22 January 2013. Subsequently on 12 July 2016, the Arbitral Tribunal constituted for the case released a fnal award favorable to the Philippines, destabilizing and complicating the situation in the South China Sea (SCS). This contest mainly welcomes submissions criticizing the SCS Arbitration.
We welcome submissions either in Chinese or English, which should not be less than 3,500 words (or 5,000 Chinese characters) in length. All submissions should be original, and conform to the academic norms. And they must be emailed to colr@xmu.edu.cn before 1 April 2017.
All college students home and abroad, including undergraduate and postgraduate students, are eligible to participate in the contest.
The editors of COLR will frst review each submission to see if it meets the basic requirements listed above. Submissions that meet such requirements will then be sent out for blind peer review by 3~5 experts in the feld of the law of the sea. And the award-winning submissions will be decided fnally on the basis of external reviews.
One (1) First Place - RMB 3,000, One (1) Second Place - RMB 2,000, and One (1) Third Place - RMB 1,000.
In addition to the certifcate of award and cash prize, all winners are admitted to 2017 Summer Program of Marco Polo - ZHENG He Academy for free.
COLR shall have frst publication rights to all the submissions awarded in this contest and share the copyright with the contributors.
