目的：观察头针结合语言训练治疗脑性瘫痪语言障碍的临床疗效。方法：将120例脑瘫患儿随机分为常规治疗组、常规治疗配合头针治疗组、常规治疗配合头针治疗以及语言训练及治疗组，各40例，3组在完全相同的医疗环境中进行功能康复和语言障碍治疗，治疗3个月为1个疗程。结果：常规治疗配合头针治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗组（P＜0.05）；常规治疗配合头针治疗以及语言训练治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗配合头针治疗组（P＜0.05）。结论：头针结合语言训练方法对脑性瘫痪语言障碍患者进行治疗具有显著效果。

脑性瘫痪是指从受孕开始一直到婴儿时期非进行性脑损伤和发育缺陷导致的综合征，主要表现为运动障碍和姿势异常，并伴随智力、感知、语言等方面的障碍。研究发现，70％～80％的脑瘫患者会出现不同程度的语言障碍。目前，头针治疗结合语言训练对治疗脑瘫患者的语言障碍方面有着显著作用［1］。

资料与方法

2013年9月-2014年9月收治脑性瘫痪患儿120例，男76例，女44例，年龄8个月～13岁。3组脑瘫患儿在性别、年龄、智力水平、病情程度方面的比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

智力测定标准：根据《中国比内测验指导书》作为标准［2］，年龄2～7岁的患儿其IQ＜70分属于智力落后，＜2岁的患儿以Gesell量表作为标准，智力发育指数＜50属于智力落后。

治疗方法：常规治疗组采取以物理疗法、作业疗法、理疗等。头针结合常规治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用头针。取穴有智三针、四神针、语言二区、语言三区、舌三针等，选用1寸长的30号毫针，留针30min，1次/d。头针结合语言训练及常规治疗组加用语言训练。语言训练治疗由语言治疗师在专门的语言治疗室进行，主要包括身体姿势控制训练、呼吸与发声训练、辅助语言表达与沟通系统训练，每天进行2次，每次进行30min［3］。

统计学方法：本研究采用统计学软件SPSS 13.0对数据进行处理和分析，采用χ2进行检验。P＜0.05为差异具有统计学意义。

结果

3组脑性瘫痪患者语言障碍临床疗效比较：常规治疗配合头针治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；常规治疗配合头针治疗以及语言训练治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗配合头针治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），见表1。

智力水平差异对脑性瘫痪语言障碍患者的影响：所有患者经过一阶段治疗之后，患者的智力水平对患者的治疗效果有着直接的影响，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），见表2。
