Today our knowledge of food and what it does for our bodies is far more advanced （先进的） than that of the old times. Now we know about vitamins and how each kind of vitamin helps in the growth of a special part of our body. There are on the market all kinds of vitamins which can take to make up for ones lack of certain important things which are needed for good health. If parents bring up a child with the aim of turning the child into a genius， they will cause great damage to him. According to several leading educational psychologists， this is one of the biggest mistakes which some parents make.
