China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Changsha Urban Construction

On September 9, China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (China Aluminum International) and Changsha Urban Public Utility Construction & Development Company (“Changsha Urban Construction”) formally signed strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Fan Yanbin, Secretary and Director of Changsha Municipal Housing & Urban-Rural Development Commission, Zhang Chengzhong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of Chinalco, Chairman of China Aluminum International, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speech. He Zhihui, President of China Aluminum International, and Chen Shouyi, General Manager of Changsha Urban Construction respectively signed the agreement on behalf of each side.

At the ceremony, Fan Yanbin and Zhang Chengzhong respectively highly praised the signing of the agreement. They indicated the signing of strategic cooperation agreement between China Aluminum International and Changsha Urban Construction was the result of actively driving forward central-local cooperation, mutual trust, mutual benefit and win-win by both sides, and would surely make still bigger contribution to Changsha’s urban construction.

Founded in December 1989, Changsha Urban Construction is a Class 2 fully state-invested real estate development company, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, it is a full county level national public institution unit with independent operation, responsible for its own profits and losses, and enterprise-oriented management, with Class 2 qualification for urban integrated development, and Class 2 qualification for urban housing demolition, property management, market & hotel management, parking lot management businesses.

This time’s signing of the strategic cooperation agreement signaled that both sides would adhere to the guideline of equality and self-willingness, mutual complementation of advantages, and friendly cooperation, carry out all-round cooperation in urban public utility, inter-city railway stations and yards, and urban affordable housing projects.
