高新区为传统物流业植入互联网基因

依托电子商务和物联网,高新区正为传统物流业植入互联网基因,园区内首个电商物流项目正在紧锣密鼓筹备中。作为国家级物流枢纽的西部国际涉农物流园区将通过整合电商和物联网,建设统一的电子商务运营管理平台,打造千亿级现代商贸物流产业集群。

重庆粮食集团将在园区建设“国家临时储备粮食竞价销售平台”,预计2016年建成上线。届时,全国乃至全球的企业都能在第一时间通过互联网获取该平台关于诸如小麦、大豆、食用油等货物的基本信息,不必亲临交易现场即可享受线上付款、线下实体配送的服务。大宗粮食交易成本将大大降低,同时交易量也将有效提升。

此外,园区在物联网建设方面亦有突破。依托重庆公路运输集团项目,通过在园区建设如4IF平台(四方信息平台)、农副产品交易中心、农产品加工配送中心、货运枢纽中转配载中心等,实现消费者网上下单、支付,供应商在最短时间对货物分拨、配送到家的快捷服务。而整个流程都将运用到各平台的物联网功能,对货品、车辆、仓储空间、集散程度、中转频率、配载距离等信息数据进行充分对接和分析,提高服务效率。未来,园区还将通过出台扶持政策,对园区内汽摩、机电、农副产品等各大专业市场和企业自建电子商务平台进行补贴,并为各大电商平台提供统一运营管理服务。

Hi-tech Zone Implants Internet DNA into the Traditional Logistics Industry

Depending on E-commerce and Internet of Things(IOT), the Hi-tech Zone is implanting the DNA of internet into traditional logistics industry. The first E-commerce logistics project is being intensely phased in. As a national-level logistic hub, the West International Agricultural Logistics Park will integrate E-commerce and IOT to build a uniform E-commerce operation and management platform and f i nally build a modern commercial logistics cluster of over RMB 100 billion.

The National Bidding and Sales Platform of Provisional Grain Reserve, proposed by Chongqing Grain Group will be built in the Park by 2016. By that time, enterprises home and abroad can access basic information of wheat, bean, edible oil and other commodities through internet in no time and enjoy on-line payment and off-line delivery without coming to the transaction site in person. The bulk grain transaction cost, therefore, will be greatly slashed while the transaction volume will rise signif i cantly.

In addition, the Park has breakthroughs in IOT as well. Relying on projects of Chongqing Road Transportation Group, through construction of 4IF platforms, agricultural produce and by-products transaction centers, agricultural produce processing and delivery centers and freight hubs, transit and stowage centers, on-line ordering and payment can be made by consumers and express distribution and delivery can be made by suppliers in the shortest period of time. The whole process makes use of IOT functions in various platforms and raises service eff i ciency by fully connecting and analyzing information and data of cargo, vehicle, warehousing space, distribution degree, transit frequency and stowage distance. In the future, the Park will subsidize its major specialized markets like automotive and motorcycle, machinery and electronics, agricultural produce and by-products and self-built E-commerce platforms of the enterprises as well as offer uniform operation management services to major E-commerce platforms.
